Beautiful property with nice and helpful staff

This place was perfect! The host was super nice and helpful and the room was clean. It was a close bike ride to Duvall street. 10/10!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Gorgeous, outstanding room and bed. Wow we were amazed. Loved our stay. Unfortunately they cannot accommodate late check outs but did well on accommodating late check-ins. Easy process. Great continental breakfast with proteins. Beautiful beautiful. Little bit of a walk to attractions. Thankfully I carried an umbrella!! Also, only 2 parking spaces but plenty of parking on the street. Loved our stay.

Williams Cottage was nice! Staff was very helpful. TV and cable issues kept us from watching tv - that was a problem. Only 2 on-site parking spots subjects visitors to very high hourly "on street" parking rates.

My fiance and I had a WONDERFUL stay here, it exceeded our expectations.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It did not disappoint. We actually stayed in the same room as before. They have added more outside seating. A nice selection of pastries and cereal and coffee and tea at the continental breakfast. We found parking on the residential street outside the property. We will stay again.

The staff were super friendly, the room was really clean and pretty. Smelled like fresh paint in the bathroom area but we dealt with that. I would definitely recommend staying here and we will definitely be back!

Very nice room at a convenient location, but Wi-Fi connection lost frequently. Front Office is only staffed 9AM-5PM, late arrival may need to make arrangement. Nice complementary continental breakfast is provided.

First time staying at this guest house. Very clean, quaint, a hidden gem. We enjoyed our stay in Key West and would recommend this hotel to our friends and family. Overall rating: 8.5/10

Breakfast was nice and free street parking is a plus.

The hotel was very nice! It was small but very clean and well maintained. It’s located in Old Town and easy to get around. The room was small but provided everything necessary. Our stay was pleasant. Hotels. Com advertises it has a white sandy beach , the beach is close by but not at the property. It also advertises a pool which is the size of a jacuzzi. Overall, it is well priced and I would stay there again.

Lovely property, comfy room and bed. Has everything you need for a short stay in Key West

Room was very clean. A/C was cold which was great since the real feel outside was 105. Staff was helpful with where to park. Breakfast was nice. It included fruit, danish, bagels, cereal, granola bars, coffee and tea. Enjoyed our stay and it was within walking distance to the Yankee Freedom that we took to Dry Tortugas National Park.

From checking in to check how everything was fantastic. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job every day of taking care of the room. I would definitely stay here again.

Really quaint little location with rooms and individual cottages. Full of character, the rooms are clean, tidy and functional with thoughtful little touches. It's not a luxury pampering experience, but it's great value with thought put into important things - A/C works well, water and ice refill point, plenty of plug sockets. Quaint small pool, tranquil patio and gardens. Would definitely stay here again.
