Private cottage type rooms in a tropical setting. Charming and serene. Highly recommend.

Room was really nice. A/c was our best friend and it worked amazing. Little continental breakfast in the office to help kick start our day.

Room was clean with all supplies, toiletries etc., clean surroundings, nice cottage look and feel. Breakfast was good too. Parking on the street was slight challenging. Other than that, our stay was very pleasant.

The pool was a plunge pool, very small, but perfect for what we needed it for. Everything else was wonderful! It is about a 15 to 20 minute walk to downtown.

Everything about this trip was excellent. The ease of checking in, the daily breakfast, the location, and of course the beautiful Williams suite we were in. We will be returning soon!

We rented the Hemmingway cottage for our stay in Key West. The property is great, the staff was wonderful and the pool with the slight cover was perfect for the beautiful 90 degree day in the keys. You won't be disappointed by the property, it's amenities or the island. This is the perfect place if you can manage to book an opening. The only thing I would suggest is a better more cushiony mattress for the cottage. That was the firmest one I've laid on in a while but overall didn't take away from trip, property or experience! That would've been the only thing that could make the property better in my opinion! Thanks for having us!

The hot tub was also called a pool in which there was no way it should even be called a pool in the adds

There was nothing unique. But they advertise a pool and they don't have one it's a Hot tub that's not hot enough to be a hot tub and they call it a pool also

Our vacation was wonderful! The room was very clean, and most importantly, the air conditioner worked perfectly, which made our stay very comfortable. The breakfast every morning was delicious. I would also like to thank all the staff—they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back here on our next trip. Highly recommended!

Offered good accommodation for a family of 4 sharing a room

Excellent stay. Office shuts down at 5.30 pm but they assure that guests are not at discomfort. Walking distance from major attractions. It's a nice and quiet guest house, with a small pool. On road free parking is available. Limited complimentary breakfast to start your day..

the McCullers room was cold and clean, with daily turndown service. they offered a nice continental breakfast and cuban queen coffee to start your lovely day in key west. a duable walk to Duvall st., but if you like there are plenty of sooter and cart rentals spread across the island. if we make it back... bet we will stay at the authors of key west!

We stayed in the Hemingway cottage. It was the cutest place! Nice and spacious and had everything we needed. Only thing is that it is a small fridge and could not much.

Great option for us as a one night stay. Not too far from Duval and all the sites. Lucked out and got a parking place at the gate and never moved. No issue with Doordashing food. Splash pool was great for the kids to cool off in after a hot walk back. Breakfast had a good assortment for everyone from bagels and yogurt to cereal and take and go bars.
