Loved how close it was to the water. Pool was too hot

We loved our stay here, the property was clean the staff were kind. The distance to everything was perfect for us. Close enough to walk but far enough away to still have quiet. We loved the dock and had the most amazing sunrise here. Staff was all so pleasant, definitely would stay again!

All in it was a lovely little houseboat ,in a beautiful setting . The fact there was no glasses in houseboat. Definitely need to sort that out ,not ideal trying to have a cold drink out of a mug .

The living/dining room has ample comfortable space, and Room 16 has a nice view of the Marina. Manatees were drinking water from the hose. It was very convenient to park our boats outside our rooms. The beds were comfortable. We had a lovely experience... Needs renovations and newer furniture

The bathroom had mold on the shower floor, the handle to turn the water off and on also had mold the a/c units didn’t work properly

Excelllent location on the water with a nice boat dock. Location is good w free long term street parking. Bob at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

It’s quiet & private.

Old school motor lodge, clean and tidy. Everything you needed but no frills. Good value. Middle of the island, longish (30-40) min walk to anywhere.

The property has everything you need to make you feel at home. Location is great too, only about a mile from Duval and quiet enough to relax away from the masses. I love the provided toiletries! I’d love to see more kitchenware options, ie, cups, glasses.

The place is quiet the people at the office very nice and helpfull. I will probable return. Not as expensive as all other places.Memorial day weekend Window curtains need to be fixed or changed on room #1. Also there is a towel hanger that should be replced.

Since you’re reading this, means you’re not looking for Taj Mahal. This Motel has quite succeeded my expectations. It has everything you need and much more for a reasonable amount of money. Everything was clean. Pool was nice. So compact and cute. Beautiful place and surroundings. We will def going to come back here again. All good.

Large room, friendly staff Had a cold shower

Awesome Hotel with parking, just short walk from to the town. Room was spacious and clean, had a little yard upront. Parking is a nice bonus. Enjoyed our stay. Nothing

The bed was comfortable. Not very modern. Small bathroom.
