Very quiet & convenient to locations we wished to visit

Really neat place and right near everything in town. If you book a stay here, try to get a chat in with the owner! He is a knowledgeable fellow with loads of stories and history about the area. Also, if you are a runner completing the Keys 100 (as I did), this is right by the finish, has an excellent and wide shower to wash all of your pain away, and a bed that you will not want to leave once you crash down. Well, I can only speak for the Duvall Room. There are others in the building, but I am certain they are all great! Highly recommend and would return myself in the future.

Stayed in the garden suite for a week and we had an awesome time! The property is beautiful, the cat was so cute and friendly, and the king bed had me sleeping like a rock. Would definitely come back 👌

cute set of mini apartments/studios in a large house bldg...each room has a theme of sorts. The site owner meets you in person & walks you through the property and key west ideas to eat and drink...they can set you up with a boat ride snorkel etc - there are bikes to rent ..we easily biked all over the town. comfortable stay...outside the main busy loud streets so its relatively quiet.

Property does not provide breakfast. The property needs to be renovated both inside and out. Beds need to be replaced.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the cool parts of town. Rental bikes on premises, snacks, a good vibe. Walk to the beach or great local restaurants or Dairy Queen. Odd lighting in the bathroom left the shower in the dark.

Great spot. A secluded garden compound just a short walk from Duval. Close to the action yet quiet and private. The owner was very responsive and the accommodations were exactly as described.

We stayed in November 2025. Property looked abandoned. Host had son oversee property. He was supposed to meet us upon arrival but it took numerous calls to get him there. There were ripped and damaged chairs at one entrance. Once in property it looked abandoned and neglected. Lots of barrels of brush, unusable mini golf area filled with debris. Room was extremely dusty, filled with massive amounts of old brochures and magazines. No fresh fruit or snacks as advertised the whole time we were there. Only enough coffee for one day of our four day stay. Mugs were disgusting. Old broken air conditioner hung loosely out of wall. This property has so much potential if only maintained.

READ TO THE END - 1st the host was the most inhospitable person I've ever met. The son & wife acted as if we were intruding on them. They did not even say hi, just walked around us weirdly & turned around when eye contact was made. We arrived & decided to take a nap from our long voyage, only to be woken up by SCREAMING coming from the other side of the wall which we were only to believe was the wife. Anytime we would leave, they would quickly be around the corner, I FIRMLY believe they went into our rooms when we were away. I asked to rent bicycles from him, which he has offered. Only to be told someone else might want them. And ''good luck" with finding bikes to rent. Which they were in fact very easy to find. Again, woken up by screaming / piano playing at midnight. And then the ICING ON THE CAKE was the day we were supposed to check out, at 1015am (checkout time was 11am) we received a knock on the door saying "housekeeping" we answered that we were still in there. The owner (a 50ish old man) let himself into our room - 2 young women in our 30s - I was getting dressed & my friend was naked in bed. He was like oh I was just checking. Sir. Do not let yourself into our room before checkout. That's CRAZy & invasive. In hindsight I should have called the police. Then he opened the door AGAIN asking for our bikes. I told him no that we would return them. I would NEVER stay here.

Very quiet and very convenient Out dated

Very quiet and the owners run the place and are friendly and easy to get a hold of if we needed anythging

However, there was a constant musty/moldy smell inside the house that never went away and even transferred to our clothes. Strong essential oils were used to try to mask the odor, but they were overwhelming and caused headaches. The towels and sheets were also quite worn and could use replacing. With improved air quality, deep cleaning, and refreshed linens, this place could be much more comfortable.

Did not stay left went to another hotel it was that bad we booked this Sweet Dreams Inn months ago for our 15th anniversary and was sent an email saying suite dreams inn could not accommodate us and we had to choose another room which was the same room superior king room that we had to begin with the place had a creepy feel about it the grounds where dark not inviting at all I’m sure the rest of the rooms may have been better but we where told they didn’t have any available. It was dirty misrepresented on line was told we had superior king room which at that time was no where to be found on their web sight we get there and it’s the Deval room which we would not have picked ,however mysteriously it was on line after we where back home imagine that

air was a window type unit and it was very hot

The property was very unique and adorable. My only company was the TV was quite small and not very new.

So amazing. Easy to get anywhere ands yet you were secluded if you wanted to be.

Outside environment is lovely and very comfortable.

Molto disponibile anche con noi che abbiamo accumulato notevole ritardo all'arrivo (causa traffico).
