Stayed in part of the hotel that was across the street. It was a very cute renovated house. But crossing the street you were dodging traffic.

Good location, breakfast was great especially the omelet station. 1 elevator was broken, the bed I slept in needs to be replaced. Felt like you were sleeping in a hole and now my back is killing me. My room faced Truman and it was hard to sleep. The street is very loud.

The entire place was very clean. Staff was exceptionally helpful and polite.

Location close to Duval but quiet. Big and quiet room. Outdated. Underwhelming pool and breakfast.

The Silver Palms was in a great location, close enough to Duval but you don't hear the late night parties. Breakfast omelets were great. We will stay here again.

Location is good very close the Duval street and they have the best omelettes in the morning the little pool area is decent. Parking garage is quite tight if you have a lifted car. Elevator looks and feels like a horror movie. The rooms can use a deep clean. Floors were sticky and shower floor was dirty. The bed in room 220 has bed bugs. I have like 5 bite all over my stomach and legs. I remember scarring at night and noticed them in the morning. Overpriced the balcony fits two people only. Also the coffee was TERRIBLE! Still made the best of it. Nothing like home!

This place is actually an amazing way to stay in Key West. It's right in the historical district, just a couple streets down from Duvall. And while it might not have as much charm as some of the old bed and breakfast inns in the area, it also has more space for less cost, copious free parking, plus there was a guy just cooking omelets next the pool every morning. Delightful experience.

The staff was extremely helpful and personable. Shanieka, Simon and Onelia made my wife and I feel welcomed as if we had come home. No question or doubt this will be our go-to place in the Keys. Our only issue is that we did not stay long enough in the Keys.
