Location and decor Really was perfect. No complaints

Excellent location in old town. Quiet room away from street.

Clean, nice space, and a great location. Shower did not get hot, lukewarm at best.

No parking and no TV

Location is great, it was clean, cozy, love the room decoration. Towels were soo soft! The set up to get into the house and room was easy and efficient. It didn’t have a small fridge inside the room, nor a TV.

Lack of a consistently functioning coffee machine. A weird incident when the bathroom light flickered for a few minutes (it stopped) and we were immediately contacted and after we inquired how this came to their attention were told that a “neighbor” close to the management (which has no personnel on site) closely monitors the room and videotaped the flickering.

Recent renovated old house. Good job for interior design gives modern touch in an old house. Important feel of the new. Please keep the new and clean condition. Update periodically. Wish you come back.

The communication with the property team was great. Responsive, knowledgeable and they cared that things were right.

No street number, no TV, no shelves or drawers....

The property is convenient and clean… Coffee is provided in a common area and most days did not work properly. Bummer otherwise Key West great area.

It's way too expensive for what its lacking. The fridge and coffee maker is communal. The balcony and the pool are shared. There's no tv. The furniture was covered in stains. There's no fresh towels/maid service. It feels like you're staying in a guest room and the host forgot about you.

The location of this property is perfect. Close to everything. Very central. The property is beautifully restored and maintained. There were people from the management company around frequently during the daytime putting up Christmas decorations. The management company was very helpful when I had difficulties with the electronic lock. I didn’t like the fact that the property was open, unlocked all the time. The only security was our lock on our door. There was no additional lock inside the room,such as a chain like the major hotel chains have. There was an altercation outside on the street at 3 am Sunday morning. Men were yelling at each other and were involved in a fight. It went on for several minutes. I did not leave the room to investigate because I knew the gate and the building were unlocked.

No address on your building, we helped other guest figure this out. There's a prevalent mold odeur in your building The plumbing in shower area is broken. Not to mention while showering; water seeps under the glass door to form a puddle outside of shower stall. So many access codes from arrival to departure. It felt awkward having to remember all these instructions that have nothing to do with enjoyment. Last but not least, $1200 ( CAD) for 2 nights with a Coffe machine that didn't even work. It's one thing your client mentions it to management on first day and its another getting a response its on a timer. REALLY.. thats Ludacris ! And not send someone check it out.

Location next to Duval street was nice Would have been nice to get new towels each day.
