Cozy, comfortable, relaxing stay giving ultimate Key West vacation vibes!

Beautiful Key West ambiance…excellent vibe, great location within walking distance from shops, marina and restaurants. Comfortable and secure gated tropical oasis…pool and breakfast area is simple and wonderfully inviting! Managers Tracy and Kristen were great! B&B feel, and traditional KW property, rooms a bit on smaller size.

We were not able to be in the pool area or any outside area all at all because of excessive guest smoking. We love the building and quaint gardens. We were super disappointed to not be able to enjoy the property, happy hour, pool, or our balcony. Please make the entire property non-smoking. There were guests in the pool smoking, outside our room smoking, smoke filled inner staircase, we were not able to take advantage of any of the amenities. Guests actually standing in the pool smoking. There were cigars, cigarettes, and pipes. Disgusting

Such a cute little hotel. The location was central to everything and close to the water. Restaurants and all the things to do and see were so close. Less than a mile walk to the southern most spot on the island. The room was great and the AC worked amazing in the middle of summer. Would definitely come back! The pool and the free happy hour drinks at 4:30 pm

The property was beautiful and private. It felt secluded from the rest of KW, like an oasis. We loved the hospitality of host when we checked in on Friday. The happy hour and pool were a plus, we loved coming home after a long hot day to dip in the pool with a rum punch. The room was the perfect size and would be nice and cool for us when we got back. The porch was lovely to sit out on in the morning as well. We will be returning! Our one tiny issue was that early in the morning someone would start sweeping, I think on the porch? It was a bit loud and would wake us up as it went on for a while around 8 am every morning…after a long night out on Duval lol other than that everything was perfect!

The vibe and hospitality

Location was fantastic. Short walk to all of our favorite restaurants and bars. Breakfast was nice to get you started each morning. The happy hour by the pool for socializing each night with the host as well as others staying within the inn was a great way to share experiences within Key West and meet new friends. Pool staying open a little later in the evenings would have been nice but all in all we loved absolutely everything about this property.

Tropical oasis just a few steps from all the action in the historic seaport. What a beautiful place to escape.

The grounds were a private oasis, kept immaculately clean, the room was very clean and well apportioned, had the charm of an old southern house, breakfast and happy hour served poolside were well done, and the host of the property was friendly, helpful and engaged. The location was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend this hotel. In our three day stay, we couldn’t find a downside.
