Close to restaurants and marina activities No where to put folded close in room. No dresser!

I wouldn’t say that there’s anything spectacular about this place, but I’ve also traveled all over the world and stayed in a ton of places. Maybe I’m just jaded.

Everyone was kind and good location Hot water was not hot and the couch is hard

Walking distance to everything was good Didn’t realize it was a timeshare rental. There was a leak in ceiling vent when we got there. AC unit above us was leaking. Took forever for maintenance to come then had to drain ac above . Was very frustrating. We were reimbursed with a restaurant coupon next door but then they didn’t want to honor it. They were very rude at little restaurant connected to building.

The price was high. They wanted us to do half the of maid service . The shower was not clean unless I was supposed to clean that also. The drain in the whirlpool tub was broken.

Booking.com was not able to complete booking. If it was not for Gallion staff we would have not had a room.

Location was great. Property was amazing. They have housekeeping, Coffee, blow dryer, mini fridge, microwave, and mattress pad cover for pull out mattress. The bathroom is great with 2- sinks and a big shower with great water pressure. We did some laundry by the main office. Staff was great! We had a late flight, so they held our luggage and let us hang out there until it was time to leave. They called us a taxi to get to the airport $9.00 a person. They have a nice Private Beach, Great Pool and Hot Tub, and a Tiki Bar. We fished off the dock. It's right at the Marina with lots of seafood restaurants, bars, and charters. We rented a golf cart from Furry next door to go to southern point and the beach. (but you can walk everywhere else) Parking is free here and they have parking by front street. Had breakfast at two friends everyday 1-block away. Duval street is just 2- blocks away. Everyone and everything there was very nice. We stayed at G-22 great place for 1 couple! But this is a STUDIO! It was 2- Couples in 1- large room. 1 King bed and 1- Queen Pull out Couch Bed. The Pics they show are deceiving on booking.com So know this is like getting a hotel room with 2- beds. You have to walk up 2- flights of stairs with your luggage. You are on Front Street and the pool and tiki bar are a little way behind you. This Studio is not attached to the resort. G-22 is on front street and the resort is on the water. You still have access to everything there, but you have to walk about a 1/2 a block to get to the pool and tiki bar and main check in. No pets allowed No exceptions and no late check out No exceptions. Check out is at 10:00 a.m. We enjoyed the stay for the location and amenities. We were there for St. Patricks' Day and Duval St., so it all worked out just no privacy in the room. and it would have been nice to get extra sleep before heading out. We would stay there again but just the 2- of us and book an extra day after St. Patricks' Day. If you want a private room, the pool, bar, and the beach find one that is more convenient. If you just want Duval St. and don't care about the privacy. This is a great place!

you can walk to everything and the pool was nice/ booking.com does not notify you that this is a separate building from the core property and it does not show the pictures of this room and location. make sure you do not go into the G section. G21 was horrible. very old, overlooking the trash area, no balcony and the same cost as a regular room. we weren’t able to switch rooms because we were stuck since we used booking.com. they force you to have an early checkout but do not provide you with a place to shower or change.

Location, pool, restaurant/bar Many issues with room. Had to go out on street and carry everything up steps to room. Window blind had large pcs broken and missing. Temp knob in fridge was missing, doors crooked and wouldn't shut.

Nice pool , area to fish , room was clean Our room was on Main Street of property felt like you didn’t belong to resort. You had to walk up no elevator , had to ask desk to send someone over to spray wooden railings for little black bugs that got all over your hands if you grabbed railing.

The price

Staff worked with us when we had issues. The location of our room was really outside the facilities. Did not expect that.
-
The bed was sooooo comfortable They put us outside of the resort. My partner paid a little of money as it was the night of my 50th birthday and wanted to surprise me. But the room wasn’t even in the resort. Bit disappointing but we made the most of it and the room was clean and tidy. Recommend you check which room you are getting.

The location The room that I stayed in was not part of the resort Description didn’t tell me different I have stayed there over 15 times. This room was outdated. The water did not work in the shower room service came in and did not clean. All they did was make the bed did not change towels.

The location was good for sunset viewing The area is run down. The advertisement mentioned rooftop sunset viewing. The rooftop access was unacceptable. Construction underway, no furnishings and in September, way too hot to put up with. Initial parking attendant couldn’t find our reservation but said “let them figure it out inside”. Security is an issue as he allowed us in without being certain we had a reservation. Check in was slow. Waited until the management arrived to validate our reservation which was booked by booking.com. Our room was in a separate building with a view of the parking lot. Charged $300 for the room, and the shower fixtures were worn badly. It took a few minutes to figure out why the water didn’t turn on when the knob was turned. This was a time share and not advertised as such. Will not recommend to anyone!
