Great location. We had an excellent ocean facing room with a balcony. Perfectly clean All the staff were friendly and helpful particularly the young lady on reception with my parking The rain…. But hardly their fault. Fortunately it only lasted a couple of days

Great location and clean room! Easy to walk to restaurants, bars, and Mallory Square. The Chart Room Cocktail Lounge in hotel was also a fun late night stop.

Location is great if you want to be close to the action. But, it is also quite and laid out well for beach bumming. Iguanas and chickens are everywhere!

La ubicacion es excelente, solo que el hotel esta un poco dejado, le falta cariño, pero el personal es muy atento y hemos tenido una muy buena estancia en Key West,

The resort was well maintained, the staff very friendly, the beach, pool and restaurant made for an amazing vacation.

The property is showing its age. Needs a little TLC. Also, please bring back the hotel shuttle that transports guests up and down Duval Street.

Offered ocean view at check in ! The 2 reception ladies offered us upgrade then when a person already checked In. Came back and wanted upgrades after seeing their room they declined us. The next morning went to complain and night manager gave us a free upgrade to ocean front ! She made my 70th birthday. They need to train those 2 ladies !!

Just finished a girls trip to the Pier House Resort! It was amazing! Enjoyed the pool service and the pool the most!!
