Great place , beach , pool are the best

The offer that the hotel claims to give you on Expedia, I checked out over two weeks ago. I still don’t have resolution and when you call to ask, they tell you that it was credited, but you’re clearly seeing the charges on your checkout bill. There were ants in the room we had to keep calling and requesting for towels, coffee the bartenders and waiting staff were extremely pleasant. The room service and finance department has substantial room for improvement.

The hotel in general is getting rundown and isn’t what it used to be

Staff were normal. Beach with no lifeguard. The over all is not comfortable or relaxing.

Best Hotel in the Key West. Room was very clean, best staff services. Beautiful beach view and breakfast was delicious. My husband and I love this place. 💯 recommend.

Beautiful stay we love coming here and making it a tradition only thing I wish is they would renovate to update i know it's an old resort but a little update would do alot with the rooms

Clean room, amazing beds, cold AC, great beach and bar. Location can’t be beat. Can’t wait to come stay in season!

We absolutely loved Pier House! The staff was wonderful, the outside bar and the Chart room were our favorite hang outs, and the private beach was absolutely amazing! The beds are not super comfortable and the walls are quite thin, so we did hear our loud neighbors one night, but I still give this place 5 stars, and we will definitely be staying there again!

i liked the bar near the private beach, the food and drinks were good. i had delicious filet mignon for dinner, for breakfast which was included i had the spectacular lobster benedict, soooo delicious. i’ll stay here again, it’s right on Duval street, walking distance to the bars and shops and boating trips, jet ski rentals

This property is in great location if you don't mind paying $40 a day for parking along with the various other fees.

Not worth it for the price.
