Pier House Resort & Spa

Room pretty spacious and bathroom was modern & large with privacy. Water was plentiful. In room coffee is never very good.

Great location! Enjoyed the private beach and location walkable to shops and dining. Staff was very friendly!

We had a great time, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The one downside was the price for our suite was a little ridiculous for what the room really was. Our suite was very small with no view. Most hotels we stay at have bigger / nicer rooms for the price.

Pool, Beach and location. Close to everything in walking distance. Chart Room was awesome. Cost of room and extra fees.

Our stay was amazing. I’ve wanted to stay at the Pier House for a long time for a few reasons. The location on the water and the history the property has with the late Jimmy Buffett. The Chart Room bar is a must visit for all who like old fashioned bars that haven’t changed in 55 years. The beach area and bar was wonderful as was the rest of the lush jungle like property. We will be back! The staff was attentive and professional!

The hotel was perfect and clean. The beach and pool were lovely and there were plenty of options for food and drink. The staff were super friendly and responsive. And the location was amazing for exploring Key West.

The biggest disappointment was that the pool was extremely HOT. Like a hot tub. The weather was hot (as expected) but the pool was in no way refreshing. It is truly a beautiful resort with great amenities. Every single staff member was kind and welcoming.

The beach, the view and experience overall was fabulous!

As we drive in I was like no way then I went in to the lobby and even then I wasn’t sure what was going on then I went in the room and just was shocked!!! I couldn’t even believe the hallway to the room walls, the door of the room and the furniture it was probably 30 + years old !!! I felt like I went in to the dungeon , the elevator wasn’t working we had to bring our luggage to the second floor!!! And I couldn’t even believe myself that I booked this hotel for 2 nights !!! So if you are like me and like to stay in a nice hotel THIS IS NOT IT !!! Unless you staying in the rooms that are $$$$ per night those rooms are maybe 4 stars, we didn’t eat there at all so I can’t say anything about the food .

Nice to have a small beach area in Key West with some surprisingly good snorkeling.

Not all the rooms that say have a roll in shower actually do. The swimming pool wheelchair lift does not work. The rooms that have roll in showers are nice but not Junior Suites.
