Hyatt Vacation Club at Sunset Harbor, Key West

Location : excellent. Cleanliness: impeccable, very clean, Overall experience: exceptional, wonderful, highly recommended.

Hyatt Vacation Club at Sunset Harbor is an absolutely beautiful resort. We had a fantastic view of the marina and the pool. We were on third floor and our well appointed room had vaulted ceilings, a small kitchen, and a super comfortable bed with the best pillows. This resort is so close to Duval Street, Truman Waterfront Park, and one of the main trolley stops. We booked for one night but expanded our stay to 2 nights because we didn't want to leave. Special shout out to the Surly Siren Saloon for one the best burgers! Highly recommend!

The pool was lovely and the parking was easy

Great location. Near everything. Walking distance to Duval. Quiet area near the water. Lots of activities around - rooms were spacious and pool area was nice. Staff was friendly. Kathy at the front was very nice and helpful.

Room was great for long stays and families. A little outdated but the location was amazing! Easy walk to Mallory square and Duval street. Only complaint is a rooster waking us at 5 am but that’s Key West!

Love staying here. Clean, A/C cold, great coffee maker !!! Comfortable beds. Never disappoints 😁

This was the best experience I’ve ever had staying at a property. The rooms were amazingly clean and well stocked. The resort was well maintained and a very convenient location to attractions. The staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming.

Location was nice and close to the activities we wanted to do.

If you don't want to be wakend at 7am every day from leaf blowers or 8am with Coast Guard playing Star Spangled Banner.. its quiet. Walking distance to Mallory square, Duval and cruise area. BEWARE of the $30 daily "resort fee" Not sure why because the only amenity is the pool. No bar. No restaurant. Also the $40 daily parking fee + taxes etc. Staff was friendly.

I would also recommend calling before your arrival and confirming your stay. My Hotels app had me arriving Friday and checking out Sunday, but the receptionist only has me staying for 1 night. I’m not sure who’s fault that is, but it was annoying to have to go on the Hyatts website and book 1 night. Luckily they had availability.

We booked a 1-bedroom unit it was updated and very nice. We had a beautiful view and saw amazing sunsets. The one big negative was we didn't realize the bed was a full size and not a Queen, outside our window a rooster woke us up every day at about 4am and kept crowing every few minutes. The cruise ships park in front of property and blocks most of the view they depart by 5:00 pm.
