Pool area is nice. Location is great, close to Duval street and Mallory Square.

Excellent place to be in the middle of everything. Right close by Duval street. My family and I loved the place.

Great pool , amazing location. Right in the heart of key West.would definitely stay here again. I could walk to everything . Room was amazing and clean. Parking was expensive, but understandable.

Was charged additional $100 fee at check in and the staff member seemed annoyed that I was asking for clarification. Same staff member was rather rude when I called back to ask for a receipt.

Great venue and a very helpfull staff

All staff were very pleasant and helpful. Resort is close to everything.

Our stay was great! Our fridge was leaking and they sent someone to immediately take care of it. The room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect location to get to anywhere in Key West. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and found the room to be quite accommodating.

Lacking services: no shuttle, no restaurant, you pay resort fees per night but no amenities? We feel like they used the bait and switch on us, great reservation price on room but hit you with nightly fees once you get there. That was our only real negative

Great location, walking distance to nearly everything you need/want, very spacious 2BR suite with great view.

A/ C was amazing ! Clean very cute rooms. Loved the brewing coffee maker and the cleaning stuff they left for us. Made the stay comfortable like home .

We were asked to do the vacation club tour and at first I agree but then the $200 visa gift card turned into vouchers, etc. Since we only stayed a few days, it wasn’t worth our while, and we had already done all the tours. I mainly didn’t like that. I kept hearing anywhere from 100, 150 and 200 at different times from different people and it went from a Visa gift card to vouchers, less legitimate when you’re not on the same page. Why would I trust to join a vacation club when they can’t even be upfront about what they’re offering to just show up The one bedroom unit we stayed in, was great with plenty of seating and an amazing balcony overlooking the pool and the Gulf of America. I would stay again and it’s a great location to all the main attractions

We loved our stay. Our room was small but chose it. We would book something bigger next time. We did not notice noise from other rooms as some reviews mentioned. We were on first floor and had easy access to pool which was very nice. We will be back!

The lobby lady, Kathy, was 10/10 and had top tier energy. LOVED her. She was helpful in every way that she could be, and made me feel comfortable and welcome immediately. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The view was beautiful, but was blocked by a cruise ship on Saturday until 4pm. I would definitely stay again.

Wished we had paid more for a unit that at least had a window other than to a hallway. Room was clean but not spotless. Found at least 3 long hairs in the bathroom area. Staff at desk was quite abrupt and condescending. At check in AND check out. Gave 4 stars but 5 stars could easily be reached with just a little more attention to detail
