Nice place

We loved the location of this property. it was close to Duval Street and the property was beautiful. our room gorgeous. The staff was friendly. We used their pool every day. It was very quiet and was located on a beautiful street. The only issues we had was that the door to the room stuck a bit and we had to try several times to get in. We also had a hard time with the gates to the community when walking back at night. We should have tried the key to see if it would open, It was our fault for not trying it. We ended up walking all the way around which added a mile to our walk.

Andy the desk person was superior property very clean and easy accessible

Walking distance from downtown. Free parking. Spacious room and bath. Comfortable bed. Private deck. Well maintained property. I will be back.

If rent on second floor be advised that there are 30 steps in which you have to carry luggage up without assistance. No one on premises after 4 pm. Fan speed cord too short to reach without getting on a chair (I’m 5’10’). Nice location, but our room not worth price charged without better updates in room and carrying luggage to second floor. Other rooms seems to have nicer window treatments and perhaps first floor rooms better.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Although the building is older, it is clear that the property is well cared for and kept in very good condition. The location was absolutely beautiful and very convenient. It was close to everything, which made it very easy for us to enjoy Key West without having to travel far. We truly loved the area and enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing we did not particularly like was that we never actually interacted with anyone in person. Everything was handled online or by phone, and we never saw a staff member during our stay. While the process was convenient, we would have appreciated having someone available in person. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying here again. We really enjoyed the property, the location, and our time in Key West.

We also took advantage of the dedicated parking. This place really was the highlight of the vacation and I will definitely book again.

This is a historic building converted into a boutique hotel. The rooms are nice sized, bed was comfortable and the area was very nice and safe. It is located in the middle of the Truman Annex area. They have a small pool and no longer share the amenities with their sister property, Opal Key, as they once offered. There is not a hotel shuttle from the airport available any longer as well. What was awesome about this place was the service by the staff members, the fantastic location and within walking distance to Duval St, Mallory Square and lots of restaurants, bars and shops. They also offered a very simple but nice array of fresh juice, milk, water and grab and go breakfast items, such as croissants, bagels, yogurt, coffee, tea, granola bars and all the necessary condiments. There is WiFi available and the property, though small, is beautifully landscaped. Housekeeping is by request during your stay. We would definitely book again.

We absolutely loved the Weatherstation Inn! It was was off the beaten path, but close enough to the craziness of Duval Street that we could easily walk everywhere. There are only eight guest rooms, so at any given time, we often felt like we were the only people there. There’s a nice selection of breakfast items. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff super friendly and helpful for anything we needed.

Super clean gated-community in Key West within walking distance to all the fun on Duvall Street. The pool is small, and to be a “bed and breakfast” the breakfast is stale pastries and yogurt, but if your looking for a clean, affordable room with free parking within walking distance to all the fun, this place checks all the boxes!

I really liked it, the sunset room was small but functional. Though the bed was probably 3.5 feet tall, if you're shorter it's gonna be hard to get up on to it. Or if you have a bad back, good luck. My biggest complaint was the roosters. They crowed from 3 am to 7 am and they were LOUD. I barely got any sleep after 3 am just FYI but that's to be expected with animals.

Very over priced dirty room with unique history of building and location. It's a poor attempt to be a bed and breakfast. We didn't get the room we paid for at booking. Have to pass through the broom closet to enter room. I don't recommend this location at the high price paid of over $450 a night. The rate at check in on website was $169.00 a night and they would not honor this rate as most hotels do. We felt trapped and ripped off by Expedia and the hotel. The stay was not worth the experience we booked and hoped for months earlier on line. Disappointing visit leaving us a bad experience to Key West hospitality.

Great property. Close to attractions.

The hotel was comfortable and cozy, if you are looking for an inexpensive alternative to the large resorts and more local to the west of the Island (walking distance to Duval), this charming little rest will do the trick. If you wish for more resort amenities, you do have access to the local sister resort.

Check in was terrible - they gave our reservation to a person with the same last name that didn’t even have a reservation for that day. Had to wait a long time for them to figure it out! Room definitely needed a deep cleaning especially the bathroom. Breakfast was charming and sufficient. Always a good part of the stay. Hostess on Monday was unknowledgeable about the area and no help. A knowledgable and gracious host was always available during previous stays. Host on Tuesday and Wednesday was much better. Thought we’d get a written apology or at least a small “benefit” for the inconvenience but we didn’t… The other party got a credit of $75!!! Go figure!!!

Super cute place! Great location, super cute room, staff was nice. Will definitely come back here.

The property is very well maintained considering its age, and the location is perfect—just steps away from Duval Street and the harbor. I deducted one star because, given the traditional style of the house, it lacks impact-resistant windows to block out noise, and the roosters woke me up very early. Overall, however, we were very pleased and recommend the property; the neighborhood itself is an attraction.

Beautiful location. Room was immaculate and large. Great for a one night stay but plan on coming back and staying longer.

We loved this property and location. It’s tucked inside the Truman Annex. Very few cars and surprisingly quiet given its location to Mallory Square. We loved its old Key West charm. The building was once used as our Federal Weather Station. It’s located one block from Truman’s Little White House. We loved the tall ceilings, the colorful furnishings and even the skeleton key to our room. It truly felt like staying with friends in Key West. We can’t wait to go back

The hotel was perfect. Location was great. Staff was great. Would definitely stay again
