We had breakfast on the balcony every morning. Delivered on time as requested .pool ladies are amazing they take care of you ,and your needs.housekeeping room was always clean I thank you. Elevators all were working this time. last time they were down all week of our stay thx

What a beautiful property and a great location.

First.. Pros.. greeted at valet parking with welcome glass of champagne..from that moment on customer service was excellent. Grounds were kept spotless at all times, especially the pool area with amazing attendants. Location could not be better. Room 323 was amazing. Only cons were shower had no door or curtain and water ran all the way out to hall. Also, yes room states partial ocean view, but due to trees the potential for nice views was almost no view.

The building is old but very clean, and modernized. Probably the best location on the island.

The bartender when we were, there was the amazing! But kind of disappointed that the restaurant wasn’t open longer.

Our room view was the building and they were remodeling and started jack hammer at 8 am. Unacceptable

We have been to this facility several times through the years and have always stayed here. Love everything about it, the people, atmosphere and food is always amazing.

We’ve stayed at many great hotels around the world, this one is right up there with the very best. Incredible service, stunning room and perfect location…this hotel has it all. We didn’t eat here but can highly recommend Latitude’s for lunch or a sunset dinner, you can reach it by boat which leaves from Pier 29 (behind Opal Hotel)

It's a great location. Right at the center of everything. They have Sunset Pier which is perfect for having drinks, listening to live music all while waiting for sunset. The bathroom amenities is great - shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer is very pleasant smellong that you'll be tempted to buy them. The Sunset Pier and theSweet Bird Bar closed early, lol. It's also pricey but I guess you pay premium for a very good location. It's not really not to like but it will not be for everyone's budget either. But if it's within your budget range, then it's highly recommended!

Our stay was really nice Great location and really friendly staff. The king size bed was comfortable but very high. Had to place a step stool next to bed to get on it.

Pretty good

Building is old and consist of few buildings combined. Need to change elevator 2 times to go to your room. Rooms are nicely decorated but not what you expect for $1000 a night. They are way over priced for the quality. Front desk staff is terrible. Don’t know how to handle issues which you will have plenty. We didn’t have AC 2 out of 3 nights and they didn’t even feel bad about it. They said basically it is what it is and we have to deal with it. One night they moved us to another room and they were acting like they were doing us a favor. It was major problem for us. second night they moved us to our room which has broken AC And gave us boxed fan to cool off. Front desk manager is clueless and don’t know how to handle issues and he has kids working for him who do not know how to handle anything. They are like teenagers. I would never ever stay there again and warn anyone not to there. Oh you will wake up 5am because of dumpster trucks getting the trash and it takes like 20 min. Another thing is their damn roosters , they start 4am and won’t let you sleep. Jesus, it was 3 days of hell!

Overall hotel is nice but overpriced for what it is and parking is 50 dollars a night. There are other options that are better quality or better price.

The location was perfect and close to restaurants, bars etc on Duvall Street. Also excellent location for the famous Key West sunsets. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool was very enjoyable. The staff at the valet parking were extremely friendly and very helpful.
