The staff were outstanding, especially Anna at the front desk. They all were so warm and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool was clean and mostly quiet (which was nice and relaxing).

Our room was clean and tidy everyday we stayed. The view from our room and balcony was amazing...from the ocean view to being able to watch the sunset without fighting the crowd, right from our room.
-
Loved the partial ocean view,to bad it includes a public beach view too. Had to listen to crackheads making drug deals and apparent prostitution in the evening hours(not acceptable) Close proximity to Duval and Mallory Square, walking distance to just about everything. Beware of excessive "resort fees" and other daily charges.

Excellent hotel and location in Key West.
-
Location is fantastic, room was very clean and comfortable.
-
They charged $60 resort fee and $40 parking fee on daily basis for hotel guest.

Loved the location overall 100%

Zero complaints, we did not hear the word no! The property is immaculate. They gave us a microwave, the room was amazing top to bottom, rarely has a stay been so seamless, we had a balcony with a good enough ocean view to have not had to upgrade, they do however offer upgrades for partial and full ocean view. Also they let us check out at 12:30 allowing us to rest, and they held our bags in an AC room until 5PM without issue. There is Flamingos for the morning and the blue mojito opens up after Flamingos kinda winds down, they do serve mimosas at breakfast at Flamingos.

Inside of room was very nice, no view at all, I mean ground level and just bushes. Love the pool, drinks are not cheap. Free 2 hours on bikes was very enjoyable. Always seems to be something being repaired, drilling. Our Ac had to be replaced after first night. A lot of noise, up by about 330am. But, give em credit, they had it replaced within 2-3 hours of me going to office! Very good location. Have stayed at this place probably 8-10 times, one of my favorites.

Room was clean and comfortable. The cold water was warm at best but we dealt with it.

The staff was friendly and we upgraded our room once we arrived (for a fee) and the room was great! I will say I was a little disappointed on the “beach”. There was a small access spot to the water which was very rocky and even had a sign to wear water shoes.

Great choice!!! I’ll be back everything within walking distance!! Museum. Restaurant and bars!!! 👍👍👍

Close to everything I wanted to do The price and the parking fee

Beautiful property.

We looked at a lot of the local hotels before choosing to go with one of the big chains. The things we saw in the reviews of the local places...street noise, no air conditioning or air that didn't work well, small rooms, places in need of renovation, etc, etc. So the chain was the "safe" choice and honestly it didn't disappoint. It was clean, the air worked, it was a good location, the beds were comfortable, they have a really neat sparkling water machine in the lobby, they have free pina coladas or margaritas, the staff was friendly. The room was quiet. I don't know what else we could have asked for.

Beautiful place to stay at. It has a private access to the beach and two pools. There is a bar by the pool and also a great place to get your coffee in the morning. Walking distance to the main street, which is Duval. It was nice to get a welcome drink upon arrival. I also saw some bikes on the property to rent.
