Hyatt Centric Key West Resort and Spa

Beautiful property.

We looked at a lot of the local hotels before choosing to go with one of the big chains. The things we saw in the reviews of the local places...street noise, no air conditioning or air that didn't work well, small rooms, places in need of renovation, etc, etc. So the chain was the "safe" choice and honestly it didn't disappoint. It was clean, the air worked, it was a good location, the beds were comfortable, they have a really neat sparkling water machine in the lobby, they have free pina coladas or margaritas, the staff was friendly. The room was quiet. I don't know what else we could have asked for.

Beautiful place to stay at. It has a private access to the beach and two pools. There is a bar by the pool and also a great place to get your coffee in the morning. Walking distance to the main street, which is Duval. It was nice to get a welcome drink upon arrival. I also saw some bikes on the property to rent.

The location is very good since is close to everything. Overpriced x 10 of course like everything in Key West, don’t recommend. Better stay on an AirB&B. I truly liked the turtles they keep and they let the guests feed them with food provided by the lobby. Dated and in need of remodel. Paid parking despite being hotels property and the hotel being so expensive. I guess is a Hyatt characteristic since all Hyatts I have been staying during this trip the parking is paid. The breakfast super expensive on the hotel restaurant, do not eat there, the food is good but really not worth 100+ per couple just for breakfast of eggs pancakes and tea each, really.

I would certainly stay here again. Loved the staff!

We had a great stay. Awesome location, close to Duval and the marina. The Four Flamingos restaurant on property was fabulous. Would definitely stay again.
