The hotel was great. Location was good and the resort fees and amenities reasonable. We’ve stayed in Key West before and this hotel was better than our previous experiences. We loved the beach access and the reusable water bottles and water dispense systems were nice.

Kelsey and her partner at the front desk during our arrival were exceptionally friendly and inviting and personable The bell men were very friendly and accommodating All the in house staff , housekeepers bartenders were very friendly and had a smile every day The rooms were kept spotless The grounds were very clean and comfortable

Not thrilled with additional charge a day for guest to feed turtles and additional ammenities . There were no additional amenities Also additional parking charge. They need to roll into price of room. When water bottle accidentally dumped in garbage by us or there cleaning company. Management talked to me like child So you get free water with there water bottles but you better not misplace or lose or you pay. Room had beautiful view of bay but toilet needed fixed as flap not seal., floor not mopped as well Ugggg. No phone in room to address management if problem. Overpriced and under managed.

Very nice hotel, beautiful room. I don’t think Guest should be charged for parking, but it seems to be a common theme among all hotels. When its all said and done, prices are never what is advertise.

Everything was great! I did not like the unexpected resort fees upon arrival. They should have been included when I booked the hotel.

Look out for charges that are not explained online or during booking!! Charged us $75 a day saying it was a deposit for the room and if we wanted to charge anything to the room. Was not disclosed online and they would not give a receipt for it. Only for the charge of resort fees. Also, the “beach” at the hotel is not a beach. It is a sand pit with chairs and a stair case down to the water. Was not like the photos online. The overall cleanliness was good just wish these things were disclosed upfront

Clean room and excellent front desk host. Very pleased

The stay was superb. The views were absolutely spectacular and breathtaking. The staff was amazing especially Sasha. I took a lot of luggage and he was able to carry it all.

It’s okay, but for the price the bed could have been more comfortable.

The property and staff were wonderful. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay for our honeymoon was special and accommodating. The location was perfect for the off-season, no Sargassum smell or noise from the city. Ei and Kelsey were exceptionally kind and hospitable during our stay.
