I can’t get the beautiful smell out of my head.

Small parking garage. We never took our car for fear we’d have to park on the street No bell cap or luggage assistance despite what the front door receptionist stated Shower needed to be repaired as no cold or cool water was possible. It was repaired. Didn’t anyone notice before us? WiFi was hit or miss. We paid for the dipping pool but never used it as the water was hot. Maintenance man was not sure or unable to fix it. You pay extra for the dipping pool Front desk and staff very focused on selling the liquor from the room Location was good and Frenchies next door was outstanding for breakfast We were booked for five nights but left after 3. Took the loss. Moved to the Four Seasons Ft Lauderdale instead

One of the young ladies was actually new, but you would have never known if she hadn’t told us herself! She carried herself with such confidence and professionalism. That speaks volumes about both her and the team. It’s rare to come across people who make you feel like more than just another guest, but Bobbi and Rachel did exactly that. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their warm personalities made our entire experience even more enjoyable. We were so disappointed that they weren’t there when we checked out because we really wanted to thank them in person. So, if they happen to see this: THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for everythingggggg!! ❤️ You both are absolute gems, and because of your hospitality, we will always remember our stay fondly. We love this place it’s always nice and quiet and meet great people.

It was clean and close to Duval but quiet. Hmm. Lots. The bed was extremely uncomfortable(dip on both sides), the ac could not keep up, and the pool cleaners and maintenance didn’t stick to the 11am-12pm rules that they set which led to interruptions when we were seeking privacy. When we asked to have our room cleaned we were told that house keeping leaves at 5pm everyday. The price we paid for the room was not worth in our opinion. There are lots of options to consider. I wanted to love it but just couldn’t.

The individual plung pool was great, less private than we expected from the pictures, but it was so nice to go in any time we wanted. We also enjoyed going up to the upstairs rooftop pool which was also very nice with happy hour from 11:30-5:30.

Awesome place to stay!

Great room with private pool. Staff was very good. Very quiet. However, bar keepers at the rooftop pool were unreliable with their presence, and availability to order drinks.

The pool on the 3rd floor was pretty cool. The food situation was a problem. There wasn't any unless you like vending machines...

Room was clean and well kept up, and the rooftop pool was large enough to cool off (very little shade otherwise which is especially needed in the month of June). Two events that put a ding on our impression involved checking in and checking out. After a long day of travel delays, upon arrival at the hotel, there was no staff at the front desk to greet us or check us in. We had to call in order to have someone come up and help us. We also checked out one day early due to impending travel weather, and although we didn’t expect any compensation or a break on the unused room rate, the first response from the front desk staff was not empathy for our situation, but a reminder of the early cancellation fee. With the stress of traveling, that was not the response that was most helpful.

Excellent stay. Very quiet and great location. Staff was excellent and so was housekeeping. We will definitely return.

Plus the front staff were like reading from scripts, not even real like people. Very staged and robotic, it was sad bc we were very excited but it was a big mistake to book them. See above

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed at in a long time. The staff was so helpful and their service was off the charts. The room was spacious and so clean. This is the only place to stay if you are going to Key West. Nothing

The bedroom was good The hotel is highly overrated. The price is extremely high for what you actually get. The experience, service, and overall quality did not match the luxury pricing at all. Definitely not worth the cost in my opinion.
