Key West Villas

Everything was beautifully arranged and accommodated. We’re very happy with our stay.

The location is perfect. It is just steps from Duval Street, but not loud at all. Our room was very quiet. The pool and hot tub were well-kept and clean. The breakfast was great. I especially liked that it was open until 11 am for us late risers. The daily happy hour was a fun surprise. Every day from 4-5 pm, they served a different shot and had a menu of cocktails to choose from. All of it was included with the price of the room! They had cans of beer & hard seltzer for $2 a can as well, which is a better deal than anywhere else. There are several coupons for restaurants and The Butterfly Conservatory in the office, so be sure to check those out. Overall, we could not be more pleased with this hotel.

The hosts were very proactive in communicating. They even had the room available early knowing we would be arriving a little early, even though we were prepared to leave our bags before we could get to the room. The "magic band" for getting into the room and the property was super convenient. The pool and hottub were well maintained and they even had towels, chairs and insulated coolers along with an ice machine if we wanted to go to the beach - free to use. We had a queen bed room which was delightful and the bath was fine as well. However, the room did not have a lot of space for luggage or bags. We traveled pretty light for just one night so not that big a deal, but long stay with bigger bag might have been more crowded. But the bottle of wine upon arrival made up for any of that ;)

The Villas were amazing. We stayed in the loft which our kids loved. They also loved the evening swim and pool. And the room was very clean. Hope to be back!

Warm and friendly. Old Florida vibe. Met every need and exceeded our expectations. It was convenient to Duvall street. Loved the overall vibe. Made friends with other couples. Nothing that comes to mind.

This was the best place we have stayed at in Key West! It was super quiet but only a block from Duval. The owners really put a lot of care into the place and are super nice! Definitely would stay there again!

The villa was very clean, comfortable and spacious. I appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, a/c and large ceiling fan, and the nice front porch. The pool and hot tub area was very nice to relax and swim. The location was very central. There was a little noise from Duval St on Saturday night but I put the fan on and it didn't disrupt my sleep.

I appreciated the intimacy of the villa location-- close enough to Duval St. Yet, close the gates and limited lodging allowed for serenity by the pool. Amenities abounded and how fun to have specialty cocktails at happy hour. Breakfast and snack options were more than generous. Their attention to detail and guest services were outstanding.

These folks really go above and beyond. The property itself was so on-point in layout and decor, the room was very clean and the added touches so appreciated. The warm welcome and happy hour on the porch were a huge bonus, as was the breakfast layout. Pool was quaint but refreshing. Outdoor shared space was thoughtfully and comfortably laid out. Great location to take in Duval Street! Overall excellent experience.

The property was beautiful with lovely decor and nice plants all around. The rooms were spacious and meticulously clean. We were greeted by owner and bottle of wine. There was a free happy hour every day where we enjoyed cocktails and mingled with other guests. The pool was quiet and private, and a beautiful setting. The location can’t be beat, close to Duval but far enough away from any noise. While we didn’t use it, they provided chairs, towels, and coolers for beach if you wanted. They also had a washer/dryer on premises to use (which we did!) - very convenient. We will stay again! Nothing

Fabulous staff, our villa had everything we needed, perfect location off Duval with a peaceful vibe at the swimming pool and patio, and the happy hour cocktails were the best!

Great place, perfect location, nice happy hour and breakfast. Definitely a wonderful benefit. Very clean and Owners were very nice. I will be going back.

We enjoyed the Key West Villas so much, it will be our go to stay every time we visit KW.

Hosts were very accomodating and free snacjs, drinks coffee were nice. Room doors should be more private. Cheap blinds cut around door handles etc.
