We were absolutely delighted with Key West Villas. After a long road trip through Florida this was our last stop, and we wished we could stay longer. We were welcomed with drinks and snacks for the Happy Hour, which delighted me and my teenage boys after a long drive from Miami. The accommodations were comfortable and well-appointed. We were glad the TV had a full slew of cable channels, as the first thing we did was watch the World Cup Final in the living room. My son was eager to do some cooking after several nights in hotels, and the kitchen had everything he needed. The pool and hot tub were clean and welcoming as well. We appreciated that we could walk to shops and restaurants in Old Town as well. It was a great stay! I will look this place up for sure if I come to Key West again.

Fantastic central location in Old Town, close to the heart of Duval but felt like its own quiet environment. Very clean, more guest amenities than anticipated, extremely easy to relax and enjoy on its own. Well curated central pool area with plenty of different types of seating and shade. Pictures represent well. Something for everyone. We'll definitely be back.

Key West Villas was a beautiful place to stay. The property was exceptionally maintained. The pool area, the room, the office space all felt well cared for and very clean. Heather and Kevin were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. They had everything we needed right on property and put so much thought into all the little details to make you feel comfortable. They had bottled water available, snacks, coolers and towels available to borrow, and a fun happy hour each day. Staying here felt like a home away from home. The stay at the Villas was one of the highlights of our visit and we would highly recommend staying here. Nothing

Everything! They thought of everything. The property is so cute! The location is amazing. You’re steps away from Duval. We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa with another couple and we both had our own spaces. Nothing!

Oh and to top it off Free Happy Hour. Well worth a stay if in Key West .

Great Villa right off Duval, the most helpful staff and kind people. My friends and I stayed for a bachelorette trip couldn’t say more positive things.

Everything was beautifully arranged and accommodated. We’re very happy with our stay.

The location is perfect. It is just steps from Duval Street, but not loud at all. Our room was very quiet. The pool and hot tub were well-kept and clean. The breakfast was great. I especially liked that it was open until 11 am for us late risers. The daily happy hour was a fun surprise. Every day from 4-5 pm, they served a different shot and had a menu of cocktails to choose from. All of it was included with the price of the room! They had cans of beer & hard seltzer for $2 a can as well, which is a better deal than anywhere else. There are several coupons for restaurants and The Butterfly Conservatory in the office, so be sure to check those out. Overall, we could not be more pleased with this hotel.

We loved our stay here! The hosts were amazing! Communication was excellent. The villa was clean, welcoming and quiet. Of course we loved the pool, continental breakfast, happy hour and our welcome gift..a bottle of wine. You can’t beat the location. We’ll be back!

Stylish and well maintained

A wonderful hidden oasis in such a convenient location! We stayed in the pool house suite and it was perfect for the two of us. Great amenities and everyone was very welcoming. The villa owners always checked in if you needed anything. Would definitely stay again!!

The hosts were very proactive in communicating. They even had the room available early knowing we would be arriving a little early, even though we were prepared to leave our bags before we could get to the room. The "magic band" for getting into the room and the property was super convenient. The pool and hottub were well maintained and they even had towels, chairs and insulated coolers along with an ice machine if we wanted to go to the beach - free to use. We had a queen bed room which was delightful and the bath was fine as well. However, the room did not have a lot of space for luggage or bags. We traveled pretty light for just one night so not that big a deal, but long stay with bigger bag might have been more crowded. But the bottle of wine upon arrival made up for any of that ;)

The Villas were amazing. We stayed in the loft which our kids loved. They also loved the evening swim and pool. And the room was very clean. Hope to be back!
