THE CHARGING OUTLET NEAR THE RESTROOM DID NOT WORK BUT THE ONE POWER OUTLET BEHIND THE TABLE IN FRONT OF THE TELEVISION SIX PRONG ADAPTER WORKED THE BED SPREAD HAD CIGARETTES BURN HOLES ON ONE OF THE BEDS THE OTHER BED WAS OK TO SLEEP IN BED SHEETS WERE CLEAN

Non smoking rooms smell like cigarettes and/or weed. Holes in the walls, windows. Beds are wore out badly. WiFi is terribly slow. People yelling outside all hours of the night. The staff did try to be helpful. Repaired the shower head when it broke. Ran a security check with me when my husband's key quit working. Refund the overcharge due to the employee that checked me in charging me more than I was told on Hotels app. Also, the Hallmark restaurant next door is phenomenal. But, I will not stay there again unless they renovate.

I am writing to file complaint about my stay at Hallmark Inn in Killeen Texas on Friday, August 28, 2026. I booked my room here on Expedia before I arrived. When I arrived at the property. I requested a smoking room. The lady at the front desk gave me a smoking room. The room I was given should not be rented out to anyone due the condition of the room. It has not been cleaned as there was trash such as food wrappers & containers, there was dirty sheets on one of the beds. It looked like some sort of dried substance like something of an oil base. There was redish color spot on the pillow case, sich as dried food or liquid of some sort.There was dirty towel left in the bathroom floor, there was carpet tacks exposed & sticking up where the hard bathroom area floor meets the bed area, where the carpet begins. It poses a safety hazard as the tacks are very sharp, which I cut my foot on upon exiting the bathroom area. There were also roaches crawling around the floor in the room. When I first arrived in the room, discovered everything mentioned above. I immediately tried calling the front desk, but there was no answer. I did not go back to the office because I was extremely tired & exhausted from driving over 24 hours before arriving & stopping at this motel. I slept on the other bed in the room that was in somewhat better shape. When I went to the first desk first thing this morning to check out & let them know my complaint about my room,they claimed nothing could be do

The room was not clean, stains on the bed, pillow. Roaches were in the room

I got there and it looked nice, until you got into the room. Holes in the walls, writing on the walls etc. went to the staff and made them aware, they moved my room so I wasn’t held accountable and the second one was worse than the first! a microwave that clearly caught fire at least once. Rusted out fridge. The beds smelled purely of piss. I was mortified. I asked for a cancellation immediately bc I was not comfortable paying 200$ for what they gave it wasn’t worth it! I was told the power was out and that a refund couldn’t be issued till it came back and that I needed to cancel through where I paid. Where I paid told me the hotel needs to issue it. So I called the hotel and they couldn’t give me an answer and I now have to wait for them to call me back. Nightmare experience and will never go back!

the room smelled of mold and there where roaches. the property was quiet but the front desk staff where very helpful and pleasant.

Bad Bad it was nasty and dirty

My room had nasty debris left behind a night stand, the heater had sparks go off when barely turning up the temp, the room next to me had a broken window, my bed had spots from whoever else was there prior, there were NO pillows on the bed in other words EEEEEUUUYUCK !

Bed bugs and didn't get money back...I'm gonna add this comment to social media and no refund.. Kept my money for bedbugs
