Not worth the money .

I got there and it looked nice, until you got into the room. Holes in the walls, writing on the walls etc. went to the staff and made them aware, they moved my room so I wasn’t held accountable and the second one was worse than the first! a microwave that clearly caught fire at least once. Rusted out fridge. The beds smelled purely of piss. I was mortified. I asked for a cancellation immediately bc I was not comfortable paying 200$ for what they gave it wasn’t worth it! I was told the power was out and that a refund couldn’t be issued till it came back and that I needed to cancel through where I paid. Where I paid told me the hotel needs to issue it. So I called the hotel and they couldn’t give me an answer and I now have to wait for them to call me back. Nightmare experience and will never go back!

the room smelled of mold and there where roaches. the property was quiet but the front desk staff where very helpful and pleasant.

Bad Bad it was nasty and dirty

My room had nasty debris left behind a night stand, the heater had sparks go off when barely turning up the temp, the room next to me had a broken window, my bed had spots from whoever else was there prior, there were NO pillows on the bed in other words EEEEEUUUYUCK !

Bed bugs and didn't get money back...I'm gonna add this comment to social media and no refund.. Kept my money for bedbugs

2) No Ice 3) No trash cans 4) Both chairs broke 5) Had to plunge toilet each time it was used(3 Guests), In morning had to use towels to soak up water on floor. 6) Only One packet of coffee(3 Guests) 7)No Coffee cups (only plastic water cups) 8) Hair dryer didn't work 9) No Iron or board 10) Bathroom door didn't close / lock 11)No History channel 12)Lamps didn't work 13)Lights on the walls , beside bed, and opposite side wall didn't work 14)Fire Detector didn't have battery 15)Was not real clean or sanitized 16)Checked in at approximately at 11:50 pm staff at desk was not real friendly. Morning staff at check out was real friendly.

We booked a room and they couldn't take us in we sat around in the parking lot for about an hour trying to resolve this and ended up having to stay somewhere else after we had already paid for that place.

Too much mingling around some staff unprofessional, they tell your personal information to other residents and they will steal a penny from in front if your door, you can do better
