The decor was okay, and the beds were decently comfortable. As well as the ac worked well. Also wasn’t loud. It REEKED of old weed smell and mildew. Absolutely disgusting smelled like a super cheap motel. Super disappointed to have paid hotel prices for it.

The location from the highway was easy to access as well as proximity to food, shopping ect. I had a $25 hold to my account for 24hrs after completing my check out There was a water leak coming from the ceiling. I chose to stay in the room but was not compensated for the issue. The room had a wet and damp smell... mold potentially.. I was going to extend my time, I went online and booked using another account for the charge, instead the hotel immediately charged my current account not realizing the extension was under a completely different card and said they were 'legally in the right' to do so. I cancelled. Lastly the pool was closed. There was no information about that until after they officially checked you in. And the pool looks like there had been no work done to it all summer. The amenities was the pool and hot tub. None were available. I stayed for 1 week no one was working on it. Just disappointed overall.

It was and nasty. I was in room 336 with the temp, at 83 and it would not cool, then we was moved to room 334 in which is was better. I was charged the full price for the room, in which it was not a king sized bed . I was put in a room with 2 queen beefs. The floor that we was on was hot and smelled bad. This was the worst room and placed i have stayed at. Need a refund .

Great place for the price. Really enjoyed the workers and how it felt like I was at home.

Also, the rooms are huge with multiple sink areas and a microwave in room which is a plus.

The building is beautiful and the location is prime The facilities were not as described, and there were stains on the carpets, couches and chairs

Toilet seat cover didn’t fully cover the toilet. Tv was old and bulky. Air conditioner didn’t work properly.

Absolutely horrible stay we had a another guest peeking in our window and when I went to tell the front desk, they literally told me it’s a public sidewalk and proceeded to kick me, and my daughter are out of the hotel instead of talking to the little old lady that’s peeking in our window talking about my daughter Daughter and me inappropriately I will never see this Hotel again and I did not recommend it for anyone. The pool was disgusting and green and slimy and not open the breakfast. There was none. It says that they have breakfast from 6 to 9 not once did they have any food not once that I stay there for a week staff members were awful and rude! Their Wi-Fi was broken most of our stay and they had people coming in and out of our room all hours of the day, sometimes even the night to fix the Wi-Fi! This hotel really needs to get it together and should not be charging half of what they’re charging for the trash they’re delivering
