It was not clean at all

Spacious Suite, breakfast included, near alot of places No hand sanitizer in the breakfast room where buffet-style breakfast was served, not enough towels and toiletries for the number of guests, the ice machine was not operational on our floor, and the pet price said $25 on the app I used to book the room but was $40 @ the hotel.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and had an awesome breakfast. The booking I made with booking.com never showed up in the hotels system. I had to rent a room when I got there, as I didn’t have a reservation, even though I had emails confirming my reservation from booking.com. Thankfully they had a room available!!

Great stay. Kids took advantage of the pool

A little dated! But the room was clean. Towels weren’t soft, kinda rough on the skin and No soap in the bathroom or hand wash. Other than that it was good,bed was clean and comfortable.

The manager was quick to tell me that they cancelled my stay for one night and billed me as well, but stated that she could call Expedia to be able to house me the second night. I was completely disappointed about this experience because let’s just say for conversation sake let’s say she didn’t know what to do with the night I did not show up, she could have made the same effort calling Expedia to confirm that I was in fact wanting to cancel my reservation. Luckily, there was a Days Inn-Wyndham Salado, that was able to assist me with a reservation. It was older but the everything was immaculately cleaned and organized and the host and hostess were cordial and the complimentary continental breakfast was good!! So shout out to Days Inn-Wyndham.

The AC works perfectly. The hallways were clean. The lobby was clean. The breakfast was on point. I didn’t get a chance to do the pool because it rained but everything about my stay was absolutely perfect in the right spot where the shopping centers are all kind of food restaurants I enjoyed my business trip

Cleanliness and affordability The staff seemed annoyed when asked for bedding for let out sofa. Also the lights went off and we wasn’t informed as to what was going on. Better communication would be appreciated

Booked by mistake and contacted them immediately to cancel. I would agree if I waited hours before contacting them but it was literally a minute or so. Still they declined to reimburse me.

3 of my Soldiers approached me on Sunday after check out. One said she was awakened in middle of night by front desk asking what her name was. The second said dirty towels were left on floor as she walked in. The third Soldier (male) was given a key to a room that was already occupied by a female. I won't be seeking a reservation there in future.

Pool rail to go in and out is not stable, my 8 year old slipped. Everything else great.

I’ve stayed at this Best Western in Killeen several times over the past three years, and it has consistently been a great place to stay. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is clean and well maintained. It’s nice to know I can come back and expect the same good experience each time. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Killeen area!
