Excellent hotel

Spacious room, but understaffed and lacks amenities consistently

The hotel was okay. They gave free breakfast and there was plenty to choose from so that was a good. However, I got sick from the breakfast. When I got home I was throwing up. They did have a pool but the pool had no shade. Didn't have like a roof thing above it or nothing and the full sun made it really hot to get in the pool. There are of course these steps that go down and there's a handrail but the handrail was very loose I slipped going down. The room was big The TV was big size but there wasn't anything to watch. They had one movie channel and for some reason it wasn't working. So I tried casting to the TV with from my phone but it didn't work. I don't know why it just didn't The bathroom was big there wasn't any like I don't know. Usually hotels have shampoo and conditioner that they give you in the bathroom. There wasn't any of that. We only had a small bar of soap for me and my friend. I was going to tell them downstairs but I didn't bother cuz it was only there for one night and me and my friend both decided we can go one night without a shower. We'll just wait till we go home. The pool was not very clean. There were some bugs floating in there and leaves. The staff was friendly. No problems there. Oh but the hallway it smelt like weed third floor everywhere in the hallways. If you've got money to spend, I wouldn't recommend to spend it here. They need to make some changes.

THER WAS A STRONG SMELL OF MOLD IN THE ROOM

Stayed on a Friday & Saturday. No towels (pool or bath), only one worker in the lobby, who seemed overwhelmed. One worker in the morning in charge of breakfast, also overwhelmed. Orange and cranberry juice was out, coffee machines were out. Food was good when stocked (biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs). Room was great size, air conditioner took a while to cool entire room. Shampoo and body wash bottles are tiny and manly single use. The pool was gross, bugs on surface, and the middle drain cover was detached leaving the drain hole exposed. Ok property, if you just need a large room to sleep and a quick bite for breakfast.

It was fine for a one night stay.

The first room they put me in has mold around the shower, the shower was dirty, and trash still on the floor, moved rooms and mold on the ceiling above the shower, pool towels in the room, and rooms smelled like mildew. Only one member of the staff was truly amazing.

My room smelled wet need better breakfast

Location No towels available. All dryers broke when I needed to dry the kids clothes after swimming. Ran out of food quickly before 1 hour of closing the breakfast. Beds make loud noise if moving around on it. Very hard to sleep.

Room was bot clean. We found pieces of chocolate chip cookies in various parts of room. There were no sheets or extra bedding for the fold out bed. The room smelled moldy/mildewy possible from cleaning of carpet as it was a per room. Bathroom needed a good cleaning around the shower door. Toilet got clogged and i stead of sending someone they offered a plunger...which broke.

Had a wonderful time here. Nice and clean, friendly staff and decent breakfast buffet.
