Bugs were in the bathroom and also the breakfast room.

The staff were polite and attentive. The air was controlled and could not lower it below 68 degrees. The Bistro was very pricey.

Not sure Dirty room plugged toilet when we arrived the pool was not clean Food was too expensive for what was offered we had 3 meals each brought out separately each person finished before the next was awful..

I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. I traveled out of town (7hrs) to Killeen Tx. to attend a gender reveal and visit my son that’s in the military. I didn’t get the proper sleep do to the sound of crickets, I got settled in my room around 7pm, but around a little after 8 that’s when the nightmare begins with the sounds of crickets( insects) coming from my ac unit. I called guest service, she explained that’s she’s new working and will call me back with a solution. Calls back a few minutes later saying Texas has those types of insects, maintenance will look at it on tomorrow, plus they don’t have any open rooms. The next day the noise was off and on but I left on early Saturday morning to attend the event and other things. I got back around after 8 and the noise continued. I left early the next morning to head back to Louisiana. To sum it up they didn’t come back to evaluate the problem and I’m very disappointed!!!

Breakfast was good but not free

The location was good, close to family i visited. Good location to restaurants. The ac wasnt turned down, so it was warm when we got there, The bathroom smelled like mildew. I was not able to get any ice for myself, the ice machines on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors did not have ice. And my bath water was way too hot. It never got cooler. I had to take a Very Hot shower.

Exceptional staff! Room was very nice & clean. Ice machine level 4 was broken. Said go to floor 2. Ice machine was empty. Said go to 2nd floor. Finally got ice! Elevator was awful. Soooo slow. Would have been nice to have free breakfast.

Everything was great except the new mattress are not firm enough for me otherwise great

Location and safety

I like the fact that it was in a central location of everything I didn’t like the fact that my room smelled like mildew, there was some type of remodel going on because there was still painters tape on fixtures. Also I was not able to be provided with a receipt at the end of my stay I was told due to me booking through a third party they could not provide me with one.

In general everything was great. I want to mention the kitchen or restaurant staffing was just excellent. The chef came out and interact with us.

I had assumed that it was a buffet breakfast when in fact, you had to order breakfast and wait for it to be cooked, which is inconvenient at a hotel like that

The room was great for our stay. Things were clean, and staff was friendly.

Good and clean

Air was not working. Had it on 60 and never got cold. Bathroom sink was dirty and counters. They moved us to another room. I got bit by bed bugs as well. No one was staying at this hotel and they had our room on the top floor 6th moved us to the 5th. No one on that floor and looked like they were doing some remodel but hadn’t finished. Walls were taped and light fixtures taped. On the 5th floor. We were the only ones on that floor. Why put us there. If whole floor being remodeled
