The plumber wasn't good. The shower had a really terrible sewerage smell

Great location Fire alarm went off. Didn't know what was going on. Fire dept. Didn't come and we was outside for 25 minutes

I enjoyed the prices of the property. At the time I went renovations were being done, so a lot of things weren’t in place as they would be normally

The location was great. It was close to my family and shopping and food options. The staff was friendly and accomodating. They provided a crib for us. N/A

Location was excellent. The staff was super kind, friendly and helpful. The pool was amazing. The hotel overall was very nice. My bed was most uncomfortable and led to a miserable nights sleep every night. The bathroom could have used another wipe down, but overall was clean.

The room was clean & smelled nice. The staff I interacted with extremely friendly. The mini fridge was a little too small for my needs. But all in all an excellent stay & I will be back again!

The atmosphere and the friendly staff.

Affordable. Comfortable The check in was not good. I was asked to pay again and told that although I had prepaid through booking.com there was no record of it. I showed that it had cleared my bank and that almost wasn’t enough. Very displeased

The lobby and grounds were nice and clean and well kept but the rooms were a little less than and it appeared to have had some water damage of some sort in the room and never completely took care of. The breakfast was good but I was under the impression that it was included in the price and that wasn't the case. The staff on the other hand were very nice. Thank you
