the front counter was sweet the room was overly dusty and dirty

There was not anything to like about the property. The elevator was filthy. The hallway leading to the room smelled like urine. The room was disgusting. There was hair and dirt all over the floor. One of the trash cans had a bunch of dead roaches in the bottom. One towel had what appeared to be blood stains and another towel had what looked like pubic hair. The room actually smelled liked body odor.

It was terrible I had roaches crawling around also bed bug bites all over my body... Bed bugs roaches.

Price Smell of mold and mildew in the rooms

Management very polite and respectful. Rooms large and clean. No everything was above my expectations

totally a disorganized, dirty, poorly maintained hotel that I would never recommend to anyone. I did not stay and left after looking at the room because I was essentially mislead by photos on the internet about it's condition and appearance. They also required a $100 CASH deposit to stay there one night that may or may not be returned after inspection of the room the next day. Ridiculous policy and poor policy. They denied me a refund on my room charge!!!!

I liked the price that is all My room smelled terribly, I had no towels, no toilet paper and I saw and killed 2 roaches, so I took my bag to my car because I was scared a roach might crawl into my stuff and hitch a rife home with me and ummm no thank you. I went ro the front desk to complain and ask for towels and my complaints were ignored, was given one roll of toilet paper and was told that since there was no cleaning person/crew there, I wouldn't be receiving any towels! Just quite terrible!

Conveniently located! It¿s an excellent value place to lodge for the cost¿ There were no clothes hanger for my jacket. The bed could also be updated¿

Absolutely Nothing. Bugs in the bed. Bloodstains on the shower curtains. The nightstands had a liquid residue from previous guests. It was disgusting. The lobby smelled of pot. Windows were busted out.

pool Dirty toilet, floors, sink, table tops, microwave and pool. No coffee or tea. No way to call the front desk.

the staff was pleasant everything. it was not clean inside the room or elevator. the bathrooms was outdated and dirty the doors to the rooms were unsafe along with the sliding glass windows . not recommended for children at all.

Nothing about that hotel was good at all. It looked like a trap house or a hore house!! Everything.....literally everything bout that hotel n it's stay was awful. There was roaches in the bathtub n other places. The staff should have said something let alone the facilities.

No breakfast- Nothing too like Rusted tub, no towels for guests, musty smelly room, very uncomfortable. Ended up not staying here and going to another hotel. OYO will not refund my money, their customer service is horrible. OYO should be embarrassed to put folks in these rooms. Alot of updates needed.

The room was big the pool The staff name Dennis was trying to seduce the guest in a unpleasant way and the bald headed black guy was very rude and lied on me and my family they had roaches

I don't know if the AC unit was out but it was very hot in the lobby.
