Quality Inn Killeen Near Fort Hood

Check in was smooth, staff was friendly and very polite. The checkout was easy. I would recommend staying here.

Bed was very comfortable will stay here again always inside elevator to go to room

Convenient The furniture had cigarette marks in the wood. The lamp Shades liners were cracked up so when the light was on you can see the damage. Use the restroom one time and the toilet was stopped up. The maintenance man had to come and unstop the toilet. The handle on the toilet to flush was cracked and the seat on the commode was loose.

The staff were very friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The waffle machine was an added bonus that made the complimentary breakfast great!

The room had a smell coming from air conditioning unit, we went and bought an air freshener. The eggs were very undiresable

I stayed here for one night on May 13. I am a single senior woman. I arrived about 2 PM and checked in. Went to visit my friend and returned about 9 PM. I parked in the back parking lot as instructed and there was a man peeing in the corner by the fence. He was so drunk he could hardly stand up! I did not feel safe getting out of my car to go to the door! So I went back to the front parking lot and parked there. If I hadn’t had that experience it would’ve been a great stay. The motel itself was clean. People were courteous, and the breakfast looked great.

Okay location Needs major updates. Old furniture needs painting. Room walls are very thin.

The cost People drinking and partying both nights in the back parking lot. Broken fixtures (toilet paper rod and towel rod). Room was musty and humid. Also the TV is old and you cant see the picture. Shadows and some bright lights but it needs to be replaced.

Friendly staff, clean environment, convenient location to where I needed to be.
