The person who I checked in with. Unfortunately she was not trained enough to be left alone. She tried her best to accommodate me but had to call someone else numerous times. Changed rooms three times. First Tv not working, second the blinds were broken and did not close all the way. The last room the AC wasn’t cooling but I stayed anyway because I was tired of moving.

This hotel was closed for renovations.... should be taken off of Engine.

The staff was great, friendly and could answer questions about the area and make suggestions. Wish the breakfast had more variety on the buffet, like french toast one day and pancakes the next. Also better directions with two IHG locations within a block of each other gets confusing for the locals.

Everything. I was there maybe 5 hours and got woke up to a fire alarm bc a water main burst and flooded the whole hotel. They new about the leak and didn’t get on it and it got worse. Also the hotel was in poor shape.

Clean and modern

People coming and going all hours. Super loud in the halls, loud ac kept waking me up too. I could hear even snoring in the rooms around us but i was told there was sound proofing in the rooms. If you need quiet this may not be the place for you. Staff was friendly and apologetic about both ice machines being broken and offered a credit, but i didnt see a credit. Meh not a big deal i guess. Is what it is?

The front desk receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. Has no business serving the public. Worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. And I do travel a lot.

Overall it’s good place, just the compound was clean and there a weird smell inside. But the staff was very exceptional.

The morning staff on Friday was helpful. She rectified the problem with professionalism and understanding. She moved us to another floor and room. I give her five(5) stars!
