The location The false advertisement about the continental breakfast I was told I came to late it was 8:30 am she stated breakfast was over at 8:00 am for all 4 days from 6 am to 9 am I checked and ko breakfast and the roaches coming out of the cracks of the wall

Advertised free breakfast door always locked. The key would not work all the time. The front office lady would get mad when asked for help to open roon door

They banged on the door at 10:30 to leave

I asked for one more hour because my car was getting fixed and they said "absolutely not." That's a direct quote. So I removed me stuff from the hotel room and sat with it on the sidewalk and waited for the Toyota dealership to deliver my car. The Toyota dealership was way more accomidating for me than the Travel Lodge. I told them I would never use their hotels again Anna's I told them I would share how non comidaring they were with all may friends. I needed an extra hour, that's it. But they wouldn't even listen to my reason. They just said, "Absolutely not!" I am so done with them.

The cost of it It’s so dirty cigarettes burns on sheets, the mini fridge had burn marks as if someone was cooking up some meth, and they didn’t wash the towels when I got there… they had weird yellow looking substance and gray stuff all over it. Idc it looked ghetto because it’s cheap buuuuuut at least wash the towels and sheets because when I smelled the sheet with the cigarette burn it smelled like cigs so clearly it wasn’t washed.

Yes it felt neglected and my room showed me a hair dryer a desk and a chair and I got nothing but attitude and over charged and treated like scum . I have no where else to get a room I have to stay in the same room and I've been here for over a week and I got a non smoking room and they still

Very quiet very friendly place to stay

No pool, room was dirty. Bathroom wall chewed up. No breakfast. Hotel DOES NOT look like pictures.

The problem is that it advertises a pool there was not one the queen double room only had one bed they ended up giving us a double room and breakfast was lame

The room was a smoking room I didn't receive a clea room at all for this stay and my $50.00 damage fee that you all said was included in my final charge in the amount of $268.00

The price Beds were uncomfortable, the walls were covered in filth. The place is so noisy it is hard to sleep.

The rate was extremely reasonable and check in was easy. The front desk clerk was very helpful and friendlier than most I've dealt with in the past. Even his dog made me feel welcome. The room was very clean and efficiently served all my families needs. The crickets!!! They are everywhere. Not the hotels fault but I hate bugs. They literally came out of everything I opened.
