The only thing stiffer than our mattress was the staff. The mattresses were FILTHY and we found BLOOD AND MUCOUS stains under and on the sheets. The staff was rude and unnecessarily pried into personal details about myself at check in and I was not comfortable.

I’ve stayed at this property before without any problems, but this visit was very disappointing. Unfortunately, I encountered bedbugs and woke up with numerous bites. Cleanliness is essential, and this issue made my stay extremely uncomfortable. I hope management addresses the problem promptly. I cannot recommend this property at this time.

Hotel was clean, front desk staff friendly, bed fairly comfortable. Decent no-frills place to stay. Downside, walls too thin and easy to hear noise from other rooms so not the quiet we would have liked.

There was no breakfast. Thankfully HEB is next door. When I reserve my room I always get a non-smoking room because I don't smoke. I didn't like that I got red flagged because of a certain smell that was in some clothes that my company wore from smoking OUTSIDE. So, they took it upon themselves and thought that it was being smoked inside the room. I would NEVER disrespect my home so why would I disrespect a room. So, she put me in a smoking room. That room smelled like they did not take time to even wash the pillow cases. I stayed up the entire night. AND the heater made a loud noise and DID NOT work the entire night.
