Small roaches

Fridge was cold enough to freeze my monster solid. Shower was warm-ish AT BEST and required finding a sweet spot halfway between hot and cold on the faucet. Hair all over the bathroom floor. AC condensated all over the floor and onto my things.

N/A I did not stay in the hotels because the lobby was unclean and the smell was very unpleasant. I was in discomfort to even book the room.

Location Outlooks/plugs

It was okay. Close to nearby restaurants and stores. Little creepy baby roaches. I had to purchase bug spray and spray down the room.

We never checked in. One glimpse of the property and I was horrified. Went in to front desk to inquire about early check in, the bathrooms in lobby were out of order, staff had babies behind the desk and the over powering smell of cleaning products turned my stomach. Went to Cooperas Cove location instead!!! I have not received a refund yet.

Damp towels and only enough for one person.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast is very fresh. The AC is cool. The parking space is very convenient. The location is very easy to find. Overall is a wonderful stayed experience.

It was nice and clean

Check in begins at 3 PM, we arrived at that time and the rooms weren't even ready yet. We wanted a lower floor room but since it wasn't ready we ended up in another room on the upper floor. Frustrating to say the least.

Easy check in with very polite attendant. Only possible improvement would be bigger pillows but the ones they had are soft.

Walmart and near by places Staff was not at the desk, flies, Nats, noisy neighbors etc...

AC kept the room ice cold.

Was clean, staff was friendly and helpful Bathroom fart fan was literally hanging from the ceiling, flooring was improperly installed and needs shoe molding to hide the gaps at baseboards, paint drops all over the floor, shower head was loose, caulking was also smeared all over shower head, tub needs serious attention as it has been cracked and repaired several times, I killed 3 cockroaches during my stay, main door wouldn't shut without slamming it. All in all very piss poor maintenance is performed on and in these units. This building will be a complete money pit in less than 2yrs with all the sloppy maintenance being done. As someone who renovates single and multi family properties I would fire my guys if they did this level of work.

Close to my job site This facility has bed bugs.

Room temperature takes forever to get cool room doesn’t have a smart tv just a regular flat screen tv
