Days Inn by Wyndham Killeen Fort Hood

The property was full of people hanging around that seemed to be addicted to drugs of some form. The police was on property searching someone room. The noise was unbearable. I left early in fear of being robbed. I wasted my money and time going to this location. Would not recommend.

The room was filthy. There were loose pieces of wood on the floor, and the air conditioner was leaking water. I reported this to the front desk. I was told I couldn't set the A/C to a very cold temperature I've never heard of such a thing! Don’t waste your money !

Did not give my Wyndam points for the stay.

There were roaches!! Sheets were dirty, room was very dirty around and under the bed!! It was awful! I want my money back I couldn't even sleep there!!

They allow dogs and they serve breakfast. There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Trash cans around property are always full.. extremely loud banging noises from either housekeeping or noisy guests.. room was clean. I did see a couple of brown house roaches in my room.

Very dirty bed under the bed dirty sheets. Let’s of drugs around there

Parking is a little tight when they have a full house

The overall stay was great but the WiFi was very weak it always disconnects had trouble connecting a fire stick or a game system so they need to update to a stronger WiFi or don’t advertise it

The office was closed for late arrival. 3 other families were trying to register for their rooms ahead of us. Room smelled like smoke, although it was a smokeless room. The laminate flooring was coming off.

Bed was comfortable Room was filthy … blood stains on the walls in the bathroom. Very noisy property

The biggest concern was safety. The entry door looked like it had previously been forced open or broken into, making it difficult to feel secure staying in the room. No guest should have to question whether their room is safe. For the price I paid, I expected at least a clean, functional, and secure room. Instead, I was left dealing with multiple maintenance issues and an overall lack of cleanliness. I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience and hope management takes these issues seriously before another guest has a similar experience.

As a solo female traveler, I absolutely did not feel safe at this property. In addition, I had booked a king accessible room and was told upon arrival they only had a queen accessible room available.
