After driving for approximately 26 hours straight, I was exhausted and not in a condition to argue about the room. I accepted the room and fell asleep shortly after checking in. When I woke up several hours later and had an opportunity to look around more carefully, I was shocked by the condition of the room. I observed what appeared to be blood stains on the wall, what appeared to be a large stain on the floor near the entrance, and police fingerprint tape still attached to one of the walls. It also appeared that someone had attempted to clean the large stain on the floor. In addition, the door surfaces and light switches were extremely dirty and appeared not to have been properly cleaned. The overall condition of the room was unacceptable and raised serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. I took photographs documenting the smoke condition, the stains, the fingerprint tape, and the general cleanliness issues. This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had, and I would not recommend this property.

Very disrespectful. This people lied about me staying thier just so they can keep money. Be very careful with this establishment they will let you book reservation online and pay for it. They will let you show up and ask you for a $100 deposit. They are very unethical.

My husband travels and stays at an average of 2 hotels a week. His coworkers room had so many roaches in it, he had to get a new room. The floor was wet when my husband got in his room , from mopping, and he took a towel to dry the floor and the towel was black when he finished. The ONLY electrical outlet that worked was the one the t.v was plugged in to. The two bedside lights did not work. The shower rod was wedged up with 2 soap packages. The dresser was missing a drawer and a door knob. Both my husband and his coworker had someone beating on their fire at 11:00 p.m..The walls were disgusting. My husband said he has never been in jail, but jail had to be a better stay. I would not recommend anyone ever staying here.

The room felt cozy, clean, and safe, which mattered most since we were traveling with kids.
