The 2nd room was run down, no carpet, no power cord on one lamp, the power outlets were loose so our phones would stop charging. The fridge didn't fit in it's nook. The only thing I loved was the bed. It was perfectly soft. Hald way through our stay we had to leave due to medical emergency. Hotel absolutely refuses refund. Even through hotels.com. When Hotels called, they just refused to answer the phone. I'm absolutely disappointed as we'd stayed at High Five before and loved it. I doubt we will stay again. It was the fact they made us move rooms for no reason. No refund, fine. Move rooms for a bs reason? Rude.

Blood all on sheets and pillows….disgusting cigarettes buds all over floors.

Room door had no lock, will not be staying here again with that glaring security issue.

I guess you can’t beat the price for $50 but you get what you pay for. Pretty trashy clientele but I’m a single man that only needed a couple hours sleep so it was fine for me. Do not expect too much at all.

Everything was great except the bathroom, the ceiling wasnt even covered properly where the light was. You could see into the ceiling when taking a shower and using the toilet. The towels had holes in them.

Really nothing. There was no deadbolt on the door, and no door stopper either. They had keyholes for master keys as well, wich I understand, but in a place with no deadbolts just being able to drop into my room at any time wasnt exactly something I was happy about. There was no deadbolt, it was in the middle of the hood, and because of some kind of management change I had to pay an extra 40 dollars than I was promised. The rooms where musty, there was an altercation right outside my room and there where mysterious stains on the bottom sheets

Booked a Non smoking room and was told there was only smoking rooms left so accepted it then get to room and TV doesn’t work

I was over charged for my stay, the room wasn’t as advertised and the beds were extremely uncomfortable.

The place is crawling with roaches and the hot water took 20 minutes to run hot
