Clean but my but my door was a little loose

Very disappointing experience. The front desk staff had a terrible attitude from the moment I arrived and acted like helping guests was an inconvenience. The room smelled bad and did not feel clean or welcoming at all. Overall, the customer service was poor and the atmosphere was uncomfortable because the lady at the front desk seemed upset and rude the entire time. I would not stay here again.

Nothing I was unable to check in my room because there wss no power the clerk was very rude acted so unbothered and I had drove 3hrs&had a party to get dressed for....had to find another room

The staff were lovey. They remembered me and my family from a previous trip we had taken. The check in was simple, fast and easy. Pillows were very cozy. Beds could've been a little more comfortable.

The no smoking room. We found a cockroach by the fridge door.

Area is terrible as we drove up people were trying to approach the car on the main road. Front desk clerk was super friendly. Beds were nice but pillows were hard. 3 small hard pillows to each bed. Beds were clean but white was stained yellow. Tub was high and hard for me to get into and slippery. Tub was coming apart. Ceiling in bathroom was coming down. Blackout curtains were half hanging on. Fridge and microwave provided. We had to get an emergency hotel and this was within budget. Only stayed 12:30am to 9am. Dont leave valuables in the car and be cautious about your surroundings.

I love the staff in front window when I check in .very friendly. My bed is always comfy and clean . Hot water and cold air . And it's quite I rest very comfortably I like everything

Staff were absolutely lovely, the location was close to everything and the wifi was fast and reliable.

I have been coming here for the last couple of weeks because I’m going through a life change and this was a very inexpensive hotel but as I continue to come, the next thing, I know the wife of the owner increases my rent of the room and she is trying to insult my intelligence and telling me that it’s $60 and was always $60 but like I said previously, I was quoted $56 and some change on at least6 occasions and each time I was in room 115 so they knew who I was she knew who I was . it was $56 and some change which she quoted one time her husband also quoted in another older woman “at the same time now she said she she was never saying that it was $56 but it was 60 so she was lying to me first of all disrespecting a woman’s intelligence because I believe she’s trying to scam me out of money and that was not cool.

The bed was nicely made. The quality of the TV, as well as the placement. When brushing my teeth, water started to lift up through the floor tiles. Shower drain disgusting.

Great value clean room friendly staff I stayed and returned, great value

The best part of my three night stay was having my doggie with me. Nothing fancy. Room clean including sheets & towels. Ice machine broken, but supplied all the ice needed. Front desk friendly, and requested a bottom room. When realized I did not smoke, I was accommodated. I will stay again, if need be. Because the price was right.

What I didn't like is the maids. Knocking on the door before time to get out and phone calls an hour earlier.

I was not able to establishment due to a $50 deposit I did not know of I need a refund

Pets allowed for $10 per pet a bit difficult to find as its off the road
