Great gym, and cool room.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, hotel was going to start renovations, it was definitely outdated and needed renovations. It was clean just older. Breakfast buffet was wonderful - times just need to be longer that 7:00 - 9:30, could do 6:30 to 10:30. Most disappointing part was that the pool was closed due to renovations and it was over 100 degrees each day. Pool was VERY small - needs to be made bigger as well. But all in all, it was a pleasant trip.

Bed was a little hard to our liking. Inside hotel and rooms were very clean.

I switched rooms twice as the bathroom was never cleaned and there were pee stains on the toilet. The pool was out of service and green. The walls in the hotel looked dirty. My room looked old with multiple things broken. Breakfast was not very good. I came home with a rash from the bedding. Nothing smelled clean. Worst work trip EVER!

Would not recommend for families or anyone looking to sleep 5 to 6 adults. 1st - The sofa bed blocked the path to the restroom. Which became a constant hassle. The AC in our room only cooled off a 6 - 8 radius. To get the whole room cool, you had to set the temp to 65. 3rd - no ventilation in the rest room and I felt i needed another shower due to the humidity and sweat. Pure crap. 4th - the beds were two sleep quality rating above 1. Sleeping on cobble stone. 2. Plywood 3. Fairfield Suites beds in Killeen. 5th and last was the sorry ass pool. It was so wonderful. I have ssen kiddie pool and puddles of water bigger and the toilet water was cleaner than the pool water. Marriott should be a shamed to have their name attached. On a positive note the front desk staff, cleaning crew, and lady working the breakfast service (which was a pretty good meal/spread).

The whole building needs maintenance and updating. The landscaping has not been done for a good while ?.

Did not get a chance to use the pool. But it looked like it needed some maintenance, but maybe it wasn’t ready for the season.
