Easy to get to and clean

I liked it all from the hotel manager, Monica, breakfast staff, and housekeeping. The dining area was always clean with a variety of hot and fresh food to eat. The housekeeper for the 3rd floor was friendly and did an excellent job cleaning our room.

Clean , quiet , good location , comfortable bed .

Smelled great and clean when you come in The AC did not cool off as well as I would like . Also putting people in the third floor when heat rises is not the best. Feel you should start on first and work up

Just everything about Fairfield inns and Suites The pool was not ready to use due to a crack in it, don't know how long it was like that but my grandchildren was not happey about that because they came to visit us and couldn't getvin the pool.

Wish there were handicapped rooms with walk in shower and no tubs.

Toilet seat cover was basically falling off the toilet but they did tighten it. Pool was closed. When I booked the stay there was no mention of this. If it was closed after I booked no one made me aware of it. They have a coffee pot in the room but didn't replenish cups or coffee. I had to get more myself.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, hotel was going to start renovations, it was definitely outdated and needed renovations. It was clean just older. Breakfast buffet was wonderful - times just need to be longer that 7:00 - 9:30, could do 6:30 to 10:30. Most disappointing part was that the pool was closed due to renovations and it was over 100 degrees each day. Pool was VERY small - needs to be made bigger as well. But all in all, it was a pleasant trip.

Bed was a little hard to our liking. Inside hotel and rooms were very clean.

I switched rooms twice as the bathroom was never cleaned and there were pee stains on the toilet. The pool was out of service and green. The walls in the hotel looked dirty. My room looked old with multiple things broken. Breakfast was not very good. I came home with a rash from the bedding. Nothing smelled clean. Worst work trip EVER!
