Holiday Inn Killeen – Fort Hood Area by IHG

Night clerk Ruth was amazing and very calm and professional during a middle of the night fire evacuation.

The restroom is not working it’s flush by itself all day long and night I’m can go to a sleep even whit the door closed you can hear the noise

I booked a room at the holiday in from August 2nd through the 4th. First the A/C in my room was not working properly. After my grandkids and I fell asleep around midnight the fire alarm went off, we were outside for almost two hours. Once we were clear I asked the front desk personnel if we could switch rooms since we were already up, in which she was able to get another room. Second there was no complimentary breakfast and the pool area was filthy. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Note to self, I will not be staying there again.

Steven at the front desk really went above and beyond for us! When we arrived at the hotel we were super early and check in was still hours away. Steven gave us the first available room at no cost and ews extremely accommodating!

The staff was helpful, but this property does not offer free breakfast.

The staff was professional. I wasn't happy that we had to go on a different level for ice.

Breakfast was not that great for the price there were not many choices as it was portrayed as a buffet and it was very limited.

The hotel and the room were very well kept and tidy. However, I needed some extra linens from the front desk and it took several phone calls from my room phone to get someone on the phone. When I finally did, the you d lady said she would get the linens for me, but that I would need to come down to pick them up. Our stay overall was very pleasant. My family and I slept very comfortably and safely. We will definitely stay at this establishment again.

We have been to lots of hotels around Killeen for work and this is one of the best. Only wish it came with free breakfast. Big plus that it has a hot tub.

We stayed 7 nights and we had to ask for clean towels and our room didn’t get cleaned at all. Not once. We had to take out our own garbage.

The hotel was extremely poorly managed as well as the service was bare minimum and the rooms were never worth the price! Along with them not having any breakfast included 15.99 for breakfast is crazy with those prices per night as well as no late check out ! Just very disappointing the room was not cleaned to the T and i personally prefer to go elsewhere

Came from out of town to Support for a graduation and was highly dissatisfied with multiple things at this location. It is sad to see that for how much you pay for these rooms and no breakfast rushing you for check out no late check outs. I had dirty pair of socks under my bed as well as the bathtub didn’t have a thorough cleaning ! Would not return sadly!

Definitely would not ever be staying again inthe future and would not recommend at all! For the price you pay per night there should never be a reason that breakfast isn't included, or that late check out only be included for members or you have to pay. There was only one verryyyy sweet worker who was the lady for over night. The rooms should be alot cleaner!

There were only two towels and one wash cloth for 4 guests. We had the Do Not Disturb sign hanging on door handle and the housekeeper woke us all up at 9:30 am. Even though check out wasn't until noon. Again, the Do Not Disturb sign was on door handle.

Bed was so uncomfortable and the hallways were warm, humid and musty smelling. Not at ALL what I expected from a Holliday Inn.....

There was a huge stain in the middle of the room on the carpet. When I took a picture and showed the staff, they were apologetic, yet, never tried to extract the stain off of the carpet or fix it.

I didn't like the fact that Direct TV was not working properly the whole weekend.
