Holiday Inn Killeen – Fort Hood Area by IHG

Every single person at the facility were so nice!! I was surprised because I’ve been to a lot of places where people act indifferent. All the people at this location were SOOO nice they don’t even know how much I appreciated it.

The lobby area. The pool was great. Bathrooms were nice, Tv had basic channels, good ac. My dislike was the outdated carpets

Nice pool here, but the hot tub is not working properly, it was not hot at all. On the recommendation, of the night clerk, I had my supper there. I had a hamburger and french fries, and a cheesecake for dessert. The food was great, although not enough fries by any stretch of the imagination. I think they gave me like six or seven french fries which is ridiculous when they’re charging $17 for a hamburger and fries.

Well upon my arrival & first time in the state of Texas your manager Mike was very rude we asked if

Trash. Asked for a receipt and they said they could not provide one due to the room being booked through a third party. Tried calling IHG and got the run around.

Night clerk Ruth was amazing and very calm and professional during a middle of the night fire evacuation.

The restroom is not working it’s flush by itself all day long and night I’m can go to a sleep even whit the door closed you can hear the noise

I booked a room at the holiday in from August 2nd through the 4th. First the A/C in my room was not working properly. After my grandkids and I fell asleep around midnight the fire alarm went off, we were outside for almost two hours. Once we were clear I asked the front desk personnel if we could switch rooms since we were already up, in which she was able to get another room. Second there was no complimentary breakfast and the pool area was filthy. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Note to self, I will not be staying there again.

Breakfast was great

Steven at the front desk really went above and beyond for us! When we arrived at the hotel we were super early and check in was still hours away. Steven gave us the first available room at no cost and ews extremely accommodating!

The staff was helpful, but this property does not offer free breakfast.

The staff was professional. I wasn't happy that we had to go on a different level for ice.

There was no room available upon arrival to hotel. Still trying to get a refund since they could not give me a room.
