Our stay was pleasant and very comfortable. The staff provided superior customer service upon check in til check out, assisted with prompt response on additional days to reservation.Helped my transition tremendously, while looking for a permanent residence in killeen. The only con is no free breakfast, but there is variety of food/beverage options and supplies available for purchase.

My room on bottom floor Pillow was so flat and worn out.The room smelled musky like the carpet was cleaned with dirty water and it did not get dry properly. The wash cloths was so dirty that they needed to be put in the trash.
