Residence Inn by Marriott Killeen

The room was nice and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The pool was very small and the water was actually quite warm instead of cool probably due to the heat in Texas and the small size of the pool. The breakfast food was just ok, nothing special at all.

I had higher expectations for a Marriot property. Overall the room and property was fine - just worn. I do love that they allow pets. The staff was extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was ‘meh’ - nothing to get excited over. Loved the pool. Grill was old with no instructions, knobs broken and no markings. Needed to get a lighter to light it. Room was nice - clean and spacious. Bed comfy. Biggest issue was that AC unit sounded like an airplane taking off or that it was going to explode - way too loud and disruptive- kept waking me up so I did not get a good nights sleep.

My stay was great. Room was clean and comfortable with all amenities available. Loved that it had a kitchenette! The staff was informative and very courteous! Enjoyed my stay for the weekend. Will definitely be back at some point!
