The room was spacious I got there tired aafter 2 am. They put me in room 309. I got in and noticed a terrible smell in Room 309. I complained and they moved me to room 303...then I noticed that that one also had a terrible smell too. I could not sleep well. I got down to return my key and noticed that the porter had written down on a sticky note that 303 and 309 had terrible smell. So why on earth will you do that to any customer? My money should be REFUNDED!

Toilet needed adjustment and water ran unnecessarily. When I told the staff about the problem, they were right on it. I was impressed!
