Difficulties with internet while staying.

I had to wait for check in due to only clerk having to be on phone. Once checked in and up to the room, the bathroom was dirty. It is very disconcerting to find pubic and other hair scattered about the bathroom. Back to the front desk to get a new room. The clerk seemed more concerned about making sure we knew it wasn't her fault instead of just apologizing and getting us a new room. The second room was clean. However, the air conditioner didn't hold the temp even. It either was too cool or didn't work and was too warm.

Good for a night to break up a long journey

My daughter played in a midnight madness tournament. Meaning that we would coming to the hotel by 1am or 2am and we felt safe parking lot was well lit up. I felt safe leaving early and coming back late. Room was amazing. Thank you for the great experience for our first time in Kingman AZ

Check-in was rough, but it wasn't the front desk's fault, it was Expedia's process. Other than that, everything was great. I felt safe, the place was quiet and very clean. I LOVE that it was only $25/dog, one day it will be hopefully be free like some places :-)

This place is amazing! Staff very helpful, gave us suggestions for dinner and it was great. The beds were amazing. The breakfast was really good. The kids enjoyed the pool.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel is dog friendly. My room and facilities were clean. Wifi worked great. They offered breakfast in the morning though I didn't partake. It's conveniently located next to a grocery store. I did use the pool. It was clean and refreshing. I just wished they had pool towels for use. Bring your own. All around great experience.
