Overall. Stay was good until my son woke up with SEVERAL ANTS in his bed and he had bites on him. Informed the staff. Kayla listen and explain to me that she would be giving me some money back, after notifying the third party site, I used. I will wait and see. I interacted with three staff members. Two of them were very friendly and tried to accommodate myself and other guests. I will say the first Staff member I encountered when checking in was not too friendly.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and the coffee was great The pillows were not comfortable and there was a lot of noise

This is a great stop for us on our way from OH to FL. Rooms are always clean, staff is helpful and professional. They are pet friendly which is also great for us.

It was a good value. The room was clean and well equipped. The bathroom fan didn't work and the a/c made noise during the night. Other than that everything was great.

Superb

The rooms were nice but a little worn. Breakfast was skimpy but, good. Staff was sweet and helpful. Nice pool and hot tub. That area was clean!

Friendly staff and close to the Hwy.

Location and price Bathroom was not clean. The elevator did not work so I had to haul my suitcase up the stairs. No staff had told me this or offered to assist. I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk when I arrived. Continental breakfast was minimal at best.

Customer service great, great charge for room

The web site said free pets, but I was charged a $50 fee, and the receptionist was not interested in explaining this charge. I would have left but I prepaid while we drove. Room was directly across from the elevator, not so nice to hear the Ding every time someone called for the elevator. Pulled back the duvet and there was an ant in the bed and I later found one in the bathroom. Our room adjoined with another that had a crying baby and the crying upset all of us. But the biggest problem was the building’s A/C unit had a squeak to it while running and the room was directly above this unit.

We chose this due to the location to the base since we were visiting someone there. There is nothing in the area to do. Everything was a 45 min to hour drive to Jacksonville. Now that I know I will definitely be booking in Jacksonville next visit.

Pleasant

The hotel is new, so very clean and nice. There do seem to be some things that still need correcting. The cold water in the bathroom sink barely trickled on and we felt the beds seemed uncomfortable. Otherwise, the facilities are very good, with a clean pool, well equipped fitness center and a moderate breakfast buffet (no hot foods).

Great hotel. Staff was friendly. Lobby was clean. Room was a nice size and clean.

Breakfast. In the past, this hotel was a LQ and served a robust hot breakfast. Now, it is a continental breakfast with poor choices.

Big room clean and large bathroom. I will definitely use then in the future.

Everything was much better than before I love the new renovation of the name change . We was pleased and breakfast was okay I missed the waffle machine I was pleased
