Spark by Hilton Kingsland

This was a great stop on my way to South Florida. Great value, safe, and clean!

The hotel was very modern and clean. The breakfast needs a lot of help. If you are a coffee and muffin person then you would love it.

Good place to stay 1 night while traveling through. Beds were soft and springy, so difficult on the body. The room and bathroom were clean, which is important! Staff was kind and helpful.

Clean rooms and a wonderful helpful staff! Coffee all day and a good breakfast. Rooms offer Netflix and Apple TV. Wi-Fi was great and allowed me to hook up a fire stick for other streaming services.

Very clean and comfortable. Because of a mixup in scheduling my reservation one day prior by booking. Com, payment for that reservation was processed. The staff at this motel would not help in adjusting the payment to cover the actual day I was checking in. I had to pay for the room twice. Not at all happy with Hilton because of this!!

Clean, very nice breakfast. Great coffee always available. Friendly and helpful staff. Very courteous. Nothing.

Great property, very clean. I tried to check in 1 1/2 early after traveling for 13 hours but they were unable to accommodate me. That was the only issue.

You should not have FLEAS in the grass at a designated dog area AT A PET FRIENDLY HOTEL. This is absolutely ridiculous and we will never stay here again due to the lack of accountability by the staff. The room and facility had some maintenance concerns. The door to the bathroom has no stopper so when you are standing at the bathroom sink the door swings and hits you in the back. The microwave had a child lock on it, that was broken,so it takes 5 attempts to get the microwave to cook 1 item. The lock and handle on the door from the ice maker on floor 1 that leads to the outdoor dog area (behind the building) was installed upside down and had no sign of which way to turn the handle. The latch on the right side of the pool area does not latch, the other gate to the pool area does not lock so no key card is needed.

Room was easy to book. Room & bathroom were clean and comfortable. Check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was ok. Not many options as expected, but we were able to find something for everyone to eat. Pool was a bit dirty. Asked for a late checkout, and was told that wasn’t an option which was unfortunate. We just needed another hour or so on the property. Otherwise everything was ok.
