Suburban Studios Hotel Kingsland Near I-95

Room smelled like sewage and cigarette factory, rust all over bathroom door frame, outlet over sink stove area pulls away from wall and doesn’t work, tv stand falling apart missing a piece of wood on it.

This was absolutely the worst hotel room I have booked through Hotels.com. If this is the type of room that Hotels.com allows within its program then it will influence my decision for future bookings.

Worst smallest Continental breakfast ever , dust under the covers like room hasn't been recently cleaned , unused room for a while. Roach in drawer , and refrigerator spoiled my toddlers milk , freezer melted all the ice. Could see thru crack in door frame .

The door couldn't even be locked. Aged facility poorly maintained and overpriced in the market by half . A seriously lousy option for short term extended stay locally. Most everything.

Horrible hotel. Mold everywhere, bugs, very dirty and noisy.

The pool was closed... There were roaches bad...

BEWARE-do not stay here. My room had roaches! Entire hotel very dirty. People living full time in the room next to me. Tub did not work even though the front desk said they checked to ensure it is working. Will not travel here again.

The room is not a very clean looking no updated. It looks old and unkempt. Bed was clean and comfortable but pillows were the size of throw pillows. Staff was good. Check in easy. And perfect for a night of sleep during a road trip. Right off I95. Many restaurants local

The water amended really terrible and the room was very dirty. Also no access to an elevator so we hash to luv all of our things up a flight off stairs and then all down the corridor to our room

Check in was nice and easy, they staff was nice, the room was renovated and had upgrades, it was clean but the people walking around outside the room and hanging out I. The parking lot was a bit uncomfortable

We stayed at this place because of the hurricane. If there would have been any other place available we would not have stayed. It was beyond dirty. The floors were so bad you could not take your shoes off. The AC smells of mold and dirt. The towel rack was in the sink, the sink handle was not attached. Never would stay there again. On a good note the area was nice so would go and find another hotel in the area.

PLEASE DONT EVER BOOK HERE!! I had to change my room 3 times at check in. First room had a strong smell of cigarettes. Second room had bed bugs, and third room was dirty. The two women and the older black man were nice but the middle eastern guy harassed me, was very disrespectful and racist. I was forced to stay there because they would not give me a refund the day I checked in after seeing the conditions of the rooms. I asked one of the ladies to have the manager give me a call but weeks later and I still have not received a call or email to follow up so clearly they don’t even care.

The room was in the process of being redone and obviously not done yet. There e was no lamp, no trashcan, no cups and have not been vacuumed after the remodel. There were roaches too.
