Room was okay for a night but pillows were lumpy, broken shades that let the lights from parking area in. Didn’t feel completely safe walking around the area of the hotel at night. On the bright side, staff at the desk were super friendly.

We felt that this property reflected exactly what we are looking for in an overnight stay with road travel. While the rooms at Microtels are small, they make very good use of space. Everything was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the shower was good, and the breakfast perfectly adequate. We will not hesitate to stay here on future trips.

Our keys did not work properly.The TV only had 2 chanels. The AC had a terrible racket that kept us up all night. We would have been better not to stop at all because we left more tired than when we arrived.

The rooms smelled of mold/mildew. Especially the ones with carpet. It may have been from the A/c because they were leaky and it didn't circulate air properly because the unit is on the floor under a bench. The lobby was very clean and welcoming but past that it was not very appealing. The pool was cloudy so we didn't get to use it. However, the desk clerk was kind and helpful when we asked to switch rooms due to the smell, even though the second room wasn't much better. We didn't try the breakfast.

Breakfast was good. Nothing fancy, just satisfying. Our room was very musty smelling when we checked in, like it had allowed moisture to collect. We turned on the ac fan and bathroom fan and removed 90% of the smell but over our two day stay, it still lingered. Not sure what the issue is. Not a bad place to stay but not great either. Just a place for a good stopever

The mold smell was overwhelming as soon as you entered the building. The smell got worse once we entered our room. Glad I always travel with cleaning supplies for times like this. Clorex wiped every hard surface ( had to get rid of hair that wasn't mine), and disinfectant all areas with lysol.
