    The only reason there’s 2 stars is because the room was okay. Highly disappointed in the amenities. We chose this place as a halfway point for travel so my kids could stretch their legs, swim, and relax on a long trip. When we arrived, mind you this is the first week of July - so full pool season - the pool looked like a pond, it was thick and had so much trash floating in it - and there were d**d frogs in the pool and the hot tub. And not just like from today, they had been there for days and days. Ruined our whole plan. I actually had my sister cancel her reservation and go over to the True hotel next door so we could have a pool for the kids to swim in the morning.

    The main thing to know - the rooms have a HEAVY CHEMICAL smell. I believe it was coming from the AC, so had to sleep with the AC off after 100+ degree heat and 10 hours on the road. Even with it off, had to sleep with the blankets over my head. Needless to say, I woke up with a heavy cough, congestion, throat burning and sweating from the lack of air. When I reported it at check out, the staff was indifferent and rude. No apologies or empathy, whatsoever. In fact, she made ME move 5 feet with several bags in two, rather than walk 5 feet towards me at the other end of the counter to write down my maintenance report. Also, the TV didn't work and when we reported it, we were told it was a known issue. The suggested resolve didn't work, so no entertainment, either. If the chemical smell wasn't here, it would be fine for a quick overnight travel option....I guess..... There are so many hotels at this stop - do yourself a favor and find a different one.

    Everything was great with room. I had a one night stay june 20th on our drive back to tampa. I was super sick and traveling alone with my 14 year old son. Both the desk people checking in and out were extremely friendly and helpful especially when checking in. I was a mess! My only small complaint is that when my son went down in the morning to get me some dry toast and him some eggs the person in the dining area was visibly perturbed that he came down 10 minutes prior to it closing. He was very quick and didn't stay there to eat and was even back in our room just as it was closing time for breakfast. I couldn't make it down and needed every last minute to sleep. He had to pack everything and we were pushing it for check out time. Housekeeping was also very understanding when I told them how sick I was.

    The bathrooms had no bath stoppers that’s the only thing. The pool was dirty at first but then once I mentioned it it got cleaned right away I love it and will deff be back one day!!! 10/10 for customer service all very kind

    I booked a night through Expedia at Microtel Inn in Kingsland Ga and we checked in late during the night and the overnight lady was very fast and easy to work with . No issues at all ! The following day we decided to extend our stay since we checked in so late and I did that again with Expedia and I let the housekeeper know which was extremely nice and also helpful and she advised me to let the front desk know just in case so I went up there and spoke to the lady and when I tell you she was so rude. The housekeeper explained room such and such will be staying over snd immediately the front desk lady said no I have to check this or that and I knew I had already booked and paid for it so she rudely asked did you already make a reservation and I said yes and she said for the same type of room and I said yes and she said this will be your last time staying with us very nasty. She really needs to be a bit more kinder and maybe be taught how to handle situations,however, I just said ok have a good day ! Now the 2nd shift lady Michelle she is ABSOLUTELY amazing! I love her attitude and she was just super kind. I’m glad she worked and made up for the first shift lady and the bad part is a lot of the people who work there said the morning shift lady is always like that and not to take it personally, but my gosh if your working in customer service and dealing with people learn how to speak to them especially when you’re nothing but an employee. Yall need more Michelle’s ☺️

    This hotel and the staff were absolutely horrid. The toilet had no water, the rooms smelled of mold, the air conditioners were required to be all the way on or all the way off. The staff acted as if I was a problem when checking in (this was before there I realized there were problems).

    Well I believe the best thing was and is about checking in with later on in the afternoon when Michelle the front desk was working she made me feel more than comfortable and welcoming she seen that I had some handicaps and work with me the best thing about it is it wasn't just me I've heard her talk that way with other gas it's just her all around personality and then the favorite part was the cookies that she always make sure is out there in French for everyone the second one would be as unfortunately I forget his name but he was also very nice and sweet help me with getting ice and everything that I needed both I guess you say mid-shift night shift and then they were great all of them was

    Staff was excellent. Room was nice and clean. Beds comfortable. TV didn't work, apparently the internet was off, which was not a big deal. Only really disappointing thing was breakfast was not good at all. Very few options. Nice to have a waffle maker, but the eggs were powdered eggs and tasteless.

    We had a pleasant stay, the hotel is clean and the staff is super friendly, very safe as well, we left our bikes on our car, the breakfast is very good as well. I highly recommend it, very close to the Cumberland ferry. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip .

    Night shift desk clerk was very friendly. Room was clean. Had a great overall stay… only ran into one issue. Check out shìt until 11 AM. Housekeeping came knocking at my door and tried to barge their way in to clean my room at 9:30 AM. I had to say “come back later” 3x… until they left… 30 minutes later I had the same experience. I complained to front desk as I was then checking, due to not feeling wanted there anymore. Front desk tried to chalk it up to housekeeping not hearing me over the AC blowing.

    Nice, room. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Breakfast was small but good and lots of choices. Only problem was the washer and dryer was broken. Staff was great.

    Had a wonderful stay! The front desk staff are so friendly, the hotel is clean and well-maintained, the room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing (scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, yogurt, cereal, coffee, juice). Thank you for making my time in Kingsland a pleasure. I'll definitely be back.
