Nothing wrong with the property
-
My only issue was the staff on sight not speaking good English and people smoking in the room never to me and I could smell it

On the app it says breakfast. There's no breakfast. The bed was had hard. But good. The room was very clean. We did have an issue with water bugs. But a flip flop took care of that. Very quiet inside. Some rifraff outside. Rather had a floor level room. I asked for one but was told didn't have one. Pool stayed locked all of Friday. Didn't have time to swim in the pool any other day. Went to the beach in Jacksonville. 1hr away. All in all ok trip...

The staff didn't speak English well. Room was clean and bed comfortable. My biggest problem was the man nextdoor was so loud I could hear his entire conversation, smell his smoke, and hear him banging on the walls in anger.

Just a lot of people all on one side of property while other side had hardy anyone there. had a hard time with parking. But other than that it was great! Not expensive. Room was clean!
-
The room was clean but unfortunately smelled like smoke ( I understand there appeared to be individuals smoking in almost every other place on the outside). Ice machine worked Courteous staff in and outside the kiosk
-
Pool is disgusting brown with cigarettes, hours after reporting the cleaning lady said the man misunderstood, yeah okay. Next time I'LL do better research

The general manager of this property goes by the name "G". Mr G is so helpful and atentative to your every need. He puts his heart and his soul in his job and it is reflected in everything about this property. Mr G makes you feel like you're at home. He will go out of your way to make your stay a memorable one. The property is clean, the rooms are very clean and housekeeping is great, towels are folded in a fan shape that adds an extra nice touch to your stay. The location of the property is ideal with many restaurants within walking distance. Thanks to Mr G and the way he governs this property I will be back for another stay! 👍

This place is fine if you're not staying for too long. The check in process was... different. We arrived for check in and quickly realized this is a "residential" hotel. Meaning many of the "guests" actually live there long term. Most of the guests actually. There were kids running around, adults with chairs outside the front doors, smoking or generally milling about. After the sun went down the hotel was quiet, we didn't hear anything from outside or through the walls.

I reserved based on reviews, but was shocked and disappointed upon arrival. The check-in process was interesting; I didn't realize check-in could be done with a remote employee and a kiosk, but it works. But the room left a lot to be desired - the bed was uncomfortable, a weird couch was placed against a door, and the AC was likely producing unhealthy air (aka mold) as both my partner and I were suffering allergy symptoms almost immediately after arrival. However, the parking lot and area felt safe, and since we arrived at near 1 am, we stayed the night and left at 8 am. It's not a place for me, and I wouldn't recommend it for solo women, but it's probably fine for someone who just needs a place for the night.

Close to everything I was needed. Beds were comfy. My stay wasn't long enough

Clean room, very spacious Water pressure was terrible
-
Very clean room and nice pool I booked a King Suite but I'm handicapped and found out upon arrival they are all upstairs and no elevator so my room had to be changed.
-
Quiet There was no Internet there was no cable. They lied about the complementary breakfast.

Beds were comfortable , and air was great

The price was great and room was nice and clean.

The ice machine actually worked (it was in the lobby by the soda machine), the check in process was done on this machine where the receptionist was over a video call. I’ve never seen anything like it, it was pretty cool. When I went to go to my room there were 6-7 police officers that were all over the place. I went back to the lobby to ask the manager about it. He offered to switch me to a room on the other side which I accepted. Pretty clean and very nice looking for the price. They also have free WiFi and a pool but I didn’t have a chance to go in. Dodgy characters hanging around the outside, but that comes with the territory.

Would like breakfast

I travel often to VA or NC, and always stay for a night in Brunswick. I have stayed in some dumps. This one is cheap, but very clean. No carpet, but hard floor, which is. a huge plus. airconditioner is a beast. Room is VERY big. I will stay again.
