The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet!

Although the room was clean, check in sucked! There are no people to check you in--you have to use a kiosk. I hate using a kiosk!

The interesting check in process was like talking to the Wizard of Oz.

The staff were great. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the noise from the side neighbors were loud and obnoxious. We heard noise past 1 am and it didn’t let us sleep.

There were non/running vehicles around the property. Everything was great until night came. There was so much activity outside. Loud talking and children screaming and crying all night. I didn’t sleep. We checked out early and went home.

dishonest in the way they charge you. i was quoted one price on my reservation that included all taxes and fees and when i arrived to check in i was charged a different amount (higher) for additional fees that were not disclosed at the time of reservation. so prepare to pay more when you book, they are sneaky. there is no live person at the front desk, you get a screen with some overseas call center rep and they are not helpful at all. it took me over an hour to get checked in. the hotel was hard to find, it's all the way in the back behind all the other hotels. the bed sheets were damp and uncomfortable - synthetic microfiber. the room was clean, and location close to the freeway, but i won't stay there again.

There wasn't a pool to swim until in as advertised. Which I specifically wanted a place with a pool

Supposed to be a non smoking hotel. Room smelled like an ashtray and you could smell weed coming through the ac unit the entire time.

I like the ease of check in and check out. Room is clean and parking lot well lit. The place is in the back and quiet.

Clean and comfortable

The property had "long timers" sitting in chairs outside smoking. I knew upon arrival I had made a mistake. The price was inexpensive, but our room door did not shut all the way - holes let in bugs and tons of noise and lights when people pulled in and out. Upstairs you could hear a dog pacing and a ball bouncing. We got up and left at 2am because we were sketched out and scared our vehicle would be vandalized and we could not sleep due to noise. The room was clean, but bugs came in due to gap in seal of outside door.

There’s no need in using an app to try to book a room through this place. I tried to use Experian and it had me down for 4750 after tax and they were trying to charge me $60 and refused to let me have a room for 47.50 they wouldn’t honor it at all so I will not be going back. And the owner was the one that told me about the price match from the beginning and then went on it when ask about it told me absolutely not that I could go somewhere else.

The kiosk at front desk was slow both check in and check out. Very little water pressure in shower. Tv out dated. Little comfort in bedroom beds uncomfortable plastic chairs in room like you'd find in a auditorium event.Bathroom door warped so it couldn't close. No continental breakfast.
