Floor was dirty (feet were black after walking on it). The nightstand had visible dirt on it as well. Other than that it was your basic motel. Also, the front desk first put us in an occupied room.

Needs updating but the bed was comfortable. The check in staff were very friendly. There was a problem with the coffee machine.

I contacted the front desk and they were very professional and helpful. They met me upstairs and moved me to another room very quickly. That room was much better! Kudos to the front desk staff! Breakfast was good, providing quite a few options for this price point, including sausage and eggs.

A manage4 cancelled my reservation while I was enroute after I was told verbally that my credit card woukdn5 be charged until I arrived. Due to rampant fraud I keep my credit card locked until I'm about to use it. I would have unlocked my credit card once I arrived to check in. The manager not only ran it early that morning (did not bother to call me when she saw the transaction did not go through) but was conveiently not available when I called at 2pm. I see this as a scam to force the rebooting at a higher rate. Shame on you! I was driving to the hotel and did not have lodging. I will NEVER waste my time or money at this company's hotels. I was practically left in an unsafe and more expensive situation because of the actions of the hotel manager.

The location, the friendly and helpful staff, the cleanliness. The sofa bed could be more comfortable by having a little thicker mattress.
