The room I stayed in had a dehumidifier in it due very high humidity I emptied it twice it was never comfortable inside the room

Rooms smell of mold/mildew. Staff, paricularly Jordan, was unprofessional, and unhelpful. If 0 stars were an option, Id have done so.

After leaving, I contacted Expedia to request a refund, but unfortunately my issue was not resolved. I also noticed an attempted charge on my Mastercard after I had left the hotel, which I disputed with my card issuer because I did not believe it was authorized. Overall, this experience did not meet my expectations, and I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

It took me an hour to check in. I made reservations through expedia which I do almost always and when I went to check in he told me expedia had used an addtional third party and the card info showing was not my info so he could not check me in and he couldn't call anyone himself. After 45 minutes of finally getting someone on the phone that I could understand they were finally able to get in contact with the hotel and get it straight. So i'm not sure if my complaint is with expedia or comfort honestly ha

Floor was dirty (feet were black after walking on it). The nightstand had visible dirt on it as well. Other than that it was your basic motel. Also, the front desk first put us in an occupied room.

Needs updating but the bed was comfortable. The check in staff were very friendly. There was a problem with the coffee machine.

I contacted the front desk and they were very professional and helpful. They met me upstairs and moved me to another room very quickly. That room was much better! Kudos to the front desk staff! Breakfast was good, providing quite a few options for this price point, including sausage and eggs.
