I dislike everything. Terrible night. The fire alarm was activated at 3:20 am; We couldn't sleep

This property has been renovated and was sparkly clean. Comfy bed and pillows. Basics for complimentary breakfast. Would stay here again if in the area.

The issue is that when we checked in, around 9pm that evening, the first thing we noticed is that the pictures on the website were very misleading! The entire place actually much older and more "run down". That's not the worst though. The moment we opened our hotel room door; there was a strong smell of dampness and mold! There was also a dehumidifier running full blast in the room. We took a few minutes to try and rationalize if this set up was actually what it looked like. We decided that it wasn't worth possibly getting sick, so we went back downstairs and explained the situation to the ladies at the front desk and requested a different room. We were told, that due to the high rate of humidity in that area of South Georgia that every room had to be supplied with a dehumidifier. Well, I grew up right down the road from this city and I know that's just simply not be true. I'm guessing that's what they had been instructed to tell people. I asked - "So, every room has one of these things in it"? And they said "Yes". We simply asked for a refund. Once again, the two ladies were very nice and apologetic, but informed me that since I had booked through a third party (Travelocity), that I would have to go through them. So, we'll see.

Location was great. One employee was very helpful. When we got there, her shift was just about over. Worked morning shift. My truck broke down, she helped with getting a pitcher of water. She also came outside to check on me. Didn’t get her name but she stated she had been there for about a month or so. Very nice and polite. Needs a raise. 2 other employees worked 3rd shift was also very helpful as well. Everything was ok

No running water all night and when I got up at 8 the next morning still NO water. No running water..

Pleasently more comfortable than expected for price.

Good location, very quiet area. Room was adequate, seemed clean. Hot breakfast (waffles) was good. Surprised there was no orange juice, only apple or cranberry.

The feeding ducks gave the little ones something to do while loading and unloading.

The room was clean, smelled good. Staff super friendly. Breakfast was awful. Eggs dry, breakfast could had been better.

Excellent location. Beds were great. Clean room. Nice breakfast.

The room I stayed in had a dehumidifier in it due very high humidity I emptied it twice it was never comfortable inside the room

We did not use the amenities as we only stayed one night. It was clean but the room had a strong bleach smell which ended up giving us a headache. Clean and safe, though.

Rooms smell of mold/mildew. Staff, paricularly Jordan, was unprofessional, and unhelpful. If 0 stars were an option, Id have done so.

After leaving, I contacted Expedia to request a refund, but unfortunately my issue was not resolved. I also noticed an attempted charge on my Mastercard after I had left the hotel, which I disputed with my card issuer because I did not believe it was authorized. Overall, this experience did not meet my expectations, and I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.
