Room was poorly maintained and humid. Breakfast is not available because of “re-modeling”

The property is not well maintained. The floors were sticky, microwave was not working, the towels had stains, spiderwebs in various parts of the room.

No pool it was not clean it was not good

Cudos to house keeping, the room itself was very clean. Everything else, not so much. Horrible mattress, pool closed, no continental breakfast anymore, party going on till 5 am, ice machine broken.

The towel was dirty nothing was clean hair on the beds and hair on the towel so disgusting

They didn't clean the rooms or give you clean towels, you had to ask for towels and wash cloths. Also the pool was closed.

Ihop are close to motel. Would not recommend staying here unless you can find any other place to spend the night.

Room was dirty and had cockroaches. People living there and has their kids running around until 1am causing the dogs to bark.

Unfortunately ice machine was out of order but staff was kind and place was clean.

Room had roaches. Poor choices for breakfast: no bread, no condiments for waffles, jarred peanut butter unsanitary. No "Do Not Disturb" sign and staff kept knocking on door. No water pressure in bathroom. Would not recommend.

Close to restaurants and stores Checked in and room smelled like mildew, there were holes in the wall, ice machines don’t work, the pool was closed, other customers were loud outside all hours of the night and obviously on drugs, fridge had a huge block of ice in it that was Leaking all over the floor. My husband has asthma and couldn’t breathe in the middle of the night. Front desk worker said for me to come back in the morning to switch rooms ? when we switched rooms they charged us $150 for holes in the wall that were there when we got there and refused to return the money or credit towards the few days extra we needed- I packed us up and left. Horrible service and the property is falling apart, besides the health issue of mold and lack of concern for a customer that could breathe. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The room smelled musty, there was water leaking from somewhere, the room had patch spots that were not painted and the room had a humidifier in it to apparently get rid of the smell. Also, the telephone in the room did not work and neither did the television remote, it took the guy at night three times to find a working remote for my room. The air conditioning unit had duct tape on the front of it to hold it together. The toilet seat was broken because when you go to sit on it, it would slide left and right. The pool was closed indefinitely when it was extremely hot and humid so my kids could not go swimming and at night when my family and I would return all I could smell was marijuana. The continental breakfast was a joke all it was, was make your own waffles or some kind of cereal that was old. The vending machines did not work and was told there is a 24 hour circle k around the corner. Two of the staff members were useless one when I first checked in and the guy who worked at night, he had no personality when you asked him anything. I would not recommend this place to no one if I could give negative stars I would

Along with the clean room and corgel staff a waffle and coffee helped start the day.

The rooms were clean with fairly new furnishings. Continental breakfast.

OMG. I did not expect this to be such a hole in the ground. Everything in the room was old, dirty, rusty and musty. It even smelled bad. At least the AC worked. I expected basic accommodations, but I did not expect it to be disgusting. I will never stay at another Red Roof Inn.

The beds were terrible. Walls are paper thin. The floors of the first floor rooms are absolutely FILTHY as in they don't get mopped. The only good thing is the staff was friendly upon check in.
