Advertised breakfast and was told breakfast times when checked in, but got there for breakfast to find only coffee.

Roaches in the room and they refused to give me a refund. I was barely in the room for an hour when I was taking a shower and saw a roach on the shower curtain and a roach on the box spring of the bed my kids were sleeping on. Went to the front desk and the girl only offered me another room and couldn’t do anything else for me. I didn’t want to stay there at all at that point because if you have roaches in one room they are in all of them. I packed my stuff up and stayed at a different hotel. I went back in morning and of course there was no manager to talk to and a new girl at the front desk told me I wouldn’t get a refund just because I saw roaches. That is just nasty. Roaches are a sign of uncleanliness and I will not stay somewhere where bugs would be crawling on my kids and I while we sleep.

Location No refrigerator no ice bucket no coffee maker no quilt no apologies from front desk worker very rude and bugs infested

One of the lights did not work, the tv did not work, the light cover over the sink was missing and had a spider in that area. There was also no trash can in the room.

Room was poorly maintained and humid. Breakfast is not available because of “re-modeling”

The property is not well maintained. The floors were sticky, microwave was not working, the towels had stains, spiderwebs in various parts of the room.

Cudos to house keeping, the room itself was very clean. Everything else, not so much. Horrible mattress, pool closed, no continental breakfast anymore, party going on till 5 am, ice machine broken.

The towel was dirty nothing was clean hair on the beds and hair on the towel so disgusting

They didn't clean the rooms or give you clean towels, you had to ask for towels and wash cloths. Also the pool was closed.

Ihop are close to motel. Would not recommend staying here unless you can find any other place to spend the night.

Nothing Bed was rough Tv didn’t work right Room was a no smoking room and smelled of cigarettes Breakfast was out of utensils and plates within the hour it was open

Room was dirty and had cockroaches. People living there and has their kids running around until 1am causing the dogs to bark.

Unfortunately ice machine was out of order but staff was kind and place was clean.

Room had roaches. Poor choices for breakfast: no bread, no condiments for waffles, jarred peanut butter unsanitary. No "Do Not Disturb" sign and staff kept knocking on door. No water pressure in bathroom. Would not recommend.
