Red Roof Inn Kingsland

Ihop are close to motel. Would not recommend staying here unless you can find any other place to spend the night.

Room was dirty and had cockroaches. People living there and has their kids running around until 1am causing the dogs to bark.

Unfortunately ice machine was out of order but staff was kind and place was clean.

Room had roaches. Poor choices for breakfast: no bread, no condiments for waffles, jarred peanut butter unsanitary. No "Do Not Disturb" sign and staff kept knocking on door. No water pressure in bathroom. Would not recommend.

The room smelled musty, there was water leaking from somewhere, the room had patch spots that were not painted and the room had a humidifier in it to apparently get rid of the smell. Also, the telephone in the room did not work and neither did the television remote, it took the guy at night three times to find a working remote for my room. The air conditioning unit had duct tape on the front of it to hold it together. The toilet seat was broken because when you go to sit on it, it would slide left and right. The pool was closed indefinitely when it was extremely hot and humid so my kids could not go swimming and at night when my family and I would return all I could smell was marijuana. The continental breakfast was a joke all it was, was make your own waffles or some kind of cereal that was old. The vending machines did not work and was told there is a 24 hour circle k around the corner. Two of the staff members were useless one when I first checked in and the guy who worked at night, he had no personality when you asked him anything. I would not recommend this place to no one if I could give negative stars I would

Along with the clean room and corgel staff a waffle and coffee helped start the day.

The rooms were clean with fairly new furnishings. Continental breakfast.

OMG. I did not expect this to be such a hole in the ground. Everything in the room was old, dirty, rusty and musty. It even smelled bad. At least the AC worked. I expected basic accommodations, but I did not expect it to be disgusting. I will never stay at another Red Roof Inn.

The beds were terrible. Walls are paper thin. The floors of the first floor rooms are absolutely FILTHY as in they don't get mopped. The only good thing is the staff was friendly upon check in.

The room had the worst roach infestation i have ever seen. This is the kind of place that give roadside hotels a terrible name.

Floors needed cleaning, no soap, weak water pressure, tub very slow to drain, mattresses need to be replaced- both sides on both mattresses are weakened so if don’t sleep exactly in the middle you almost roll out of bed. Chair could use a cleaning.

I called before hand to see if pool would be opened and told it was to get here and now it’s not because of code enforcement and then the telephone doesn’t work by the pool, but I was told prior before booking that the pool was good to go and stay until 11 or 12 tonight to now it’s closed . Pool was my main goal to relax and get away

Mattress was terrible, worst I've slept on. Had to unplug the TV to turn it off. There was trash in the trash barrel when I checked in. Breakfast was cereal and a waffle, couple apples. Dingy.

It was decent for what it was. None of the lights worked unfortunately but ...... if you need a cheap place to crash for the night it'll get the job done lol

we still smelled smoke at home.The first thing the desk clerk was not so eager to help is a happy birthday get another room or have someone come to clean anything on our room as well as denying a change of rooms. The shower was moldy and dirty. The faucet was so gross we decided we were not getting a shower there. The toilet was filthy with urine stains. In addition, it wouldn't flush properly. We had to hold the handle down for anything to go down. The floor was so dirty that neither of us felt comfortable walking barefoot. Looking at the refrigerator, it appeared someone had been using it as their primary cooler, as it was quite dirty on both the bottom and the door. I apologize for being so direct, but we thought you might like to be aware of this.

Rooms stinks had to move 2x.. not too much room parking for trucks. Rooms smell horrible with bugs inside room and door knob. A/C 5/10

The breakfast selection was very basic, not unappetizing but noting special either. I didn't use the pool but it did look very inviting and well-kept. The only staff I had contact with were the front desk clerks and they were both very personable and professional, no complaints there.

The pool was great for keeping my 4 year old occupied Lack of laundry facilities

Didnt stay because of the roaches on the walls they ran me away!!
