We only stayed here for a couple hours. The first room assigned smelled of stale wet carpet. The 2nd room was good. Breakfast was very good too.

The included breakfast was definitely a cut above the usual toast and yogurt, with made fresh waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage gravy and biscuits, etc. Everything I tasted was very good. And, the warm chocolate chip cookies at 6:30 at night were a really special touch. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our road trip.

Great coffee machine in breakfast area, available 24 hours a day. Including Decaf! Staff were very nice and helpful with extra towels, pillows, etc. Great location - close to so many things. Publix less than a mile away. Buffett breakfast each day with fresh biscuits.

I'm surprised this hotel had over an 8 rating. I'd give it a 7.0; It's an older property; it's maintained fairly well with new paint & kept tidy, but you can see its age in the parking lot, the carpet, & wall repairs. Humid inside.

Room felt muggy, smelled of mildew but wasn't noticeable once we turned down the air. The pictures definitely look nicer than reality. With that being said, I think it was worth the cost. The daytime concierge was not as friendly, I tried to bring up an issue with our room door not locking and she wouldn't even come to the desk, never noticed I was there she was so focused on her phone.

Breakfast was ok. Bread for toast was a bit stale so when it was toasted it became very hard.

There was an error in the booking and contacted support 30 seconds after. I got told I had to pay and couldn’t cancel the reservation or modify the reservation.

Wasn’t a good stay , low pressure shower with wood screws holding the knob on and deteriorating laminate vanity , pool had a weird odor . Overall not impressed

The staff was excellent, but there were check-in issues with room keys. The hotel was generally clean looking, but there was a musty smell to the room. We should have changed rooms, but we were exhausted from traveling and after waiting to get onto a room, just too tired to move.

This hotel was amazing as well as the staff, made you feel right home 5 star in our eyes 😁
