Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Kingsland

Well the elevator was out and the hall ways and stair wells have no ac. Lugging the bags for a family of three, one being a two year old was very difficult. The staff that I interacted with was very friendly.

The lady at the reception was sweet and friendly. Parking was good. Location convenient / excellent. Breakfast was standard American hotel fare. Zero healthy/er choice. It never ceases to amaze me how no effort is made to offer something better than powdered scrambled eggs and D-rate sausages. Worst of all, the aforementioned hotel where I stayed the following night, in the same city, for the same price, was like a luxury resort in comparison. Do better. It wouldn't take that much to turn this into a much nicer property.

It was good The only thing is that the mattress didn't have a fitted on it it had a sheet and the sheet kept coming off of the mattress but other than that everything else was okay

Unfortunately, the room wasn't very clean; the sheet had a bloodstain, and the towels were dirty.

Was comfortable and peaceful.

Musty smelling rooms no breakfast rude staff

The room was more than I anticipated for the price. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is placed within walking distance of fast food and service stations. It’s also in a very nice area and felt very safe. No complaints.

Staff was friendly, lobby was clean. Our room was okay, the jacuzzi tub in our room didn’t work, the AC was set lower than 74 but the room temperature would not go lower than 74. The room itself was clean enough, it was outdated for sure. It was a fine stay for one night.

This sight was amazing the staff was helpful and amenities were very well kept. The only issues were the laundry room was down and one of the barbecues stations did not work other than that it was very excellent.

We really liked their court yard. With the hot tube. The chest game. It was at a great location. The hot tubes water was perfect. The beds slept good. Just passing through it is a perfect spot to stop and catch some Zzzzz.

The pool area was great! Very private with grills, tables, huge chess set. Very nice! Buffett breakfast was grits, potatoes and sausage?

The smell of mildew and smoke hit you as soon walked in. Rooms smelled, were dirty (found used popsicle sticks & vapes in room) saw a roach. We checked out immediately

The property was very clean. The staff were friendly and my kids wanted to move in. I loved the fact the smaller pool had a handicap lowering device. This property was kid, family and handicapped friendly. There was nothing I disliked about the property.

Nothing. Had bugs. Very dirty. Very uncomfortable.

The room had a smell of not being well maintained.

Right off 95. The price was great, the room was like a suite, which I didn’t expect. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. The hot breakfast was good. I will definitely stay here again.

Our room was filthy. The pillow smelled of urine and the shower floor had scum and hair that hadn’t been cleaned out. The outlets mostly didn’t work. The breakfast buffet was pitiful. We went out for breakfast.
