The room was very comfortable and clean. I was charged twice for one night, I spoke to a Jerry at the time of check in, and was told that my card didnt go through, but I showed him my account and he see it. He told me that one charge should fall off and be part back into my account which im watching for, and I will be getting back with you if this doesn't happen in a few days.

Location It could use a little more TLC. Shower caulk could be replaced. A door jam must have been backed into and needs to be replaced or repaired.

Clean room.. nice staff..

Hotel is right off 95 for those that need a break from driving. Room was clean and comfortable. Although it did smell like cigarette smoke. TV worked great for my short stay. Price of room was competitive. Smell of room was bad. Entry door had a big gap when closed. This could possibly scare some folks into moving to another room. Left early in the morning so I missed breakfast.

Bed was comfortable and clean I understand remodeling But: Phone didn't work in room, door had a big crack and you could see lots of daylight around it. 2 people arguing or fighting outside about 11pm, then at 12:15am, couple parked in front of our room and was arguing off and on for quite awhile (2 African American males and a Caucasian female, driving a Grey car with New Jersey plates) We stay at Quality Inn lots all over U.S. no issues but this one needs help desperately.

There was some sort of beeping outside our room all night. Our door closed/locked but the frame was bent (yes , the metal) so air and noise entered freely.

Front desk reminded me to check on my rewards.thanks

Bed was comfy. They are pet friendly with small fee. Parking at your door for lower floor. Breakfast was nice. Had several standard options beagles, muffins, yougert, cereal, juice and coffee, and self serve waffles. We had a king room that had a huge bathroom and a extra vanity outside the bathroom. Pillows were fluffy and the bed was soft and comfy. Yes I said it twice. Because it was so nice after driving on the packed highways for 10 hours for our 5 hour drive.😉
