Remote only turned on the tv and worked the volume staff was no where to be seen during breakfast hours found hairs in the towels bedspread had burn marks no blanket between bedspread and flat sheet I was disappointed with my stay

Could be a lot better

Good roadside hotel. Breakfast was fine (waffles, toast, cereal, juice). Bed was soft, room was clean. Night staff was super friendly!

I’ve stayed here multiple times with my spouse. Good price, comfortable, clean room, close to many amenities. This is pretty much our go to for all our trips to Kinston

was bite up bad by bed bugs those sheets were not properly washed I got bitten up bad our rooms was just thrown together we booked reservations and still had a long check in process

Everything was good. I stayed there during a winter storm since it was close to where I work. I live 1 1/2 hours away so I just rather stay the night close to work than worry about getting to work the next day. Everything was fine.

They offer a late checkout often. I believe that the breakfast hours should be extended.

I was disappointed the pool was closed for the season. Their website said it was open till November 1st.

Smelled like urine outside of my door by where I parked. Breakfast was light.

Very very clean but aged

Very clean, bed was comfortable, staff were pleasant

Bed was comfortable, good size shower and staff was really nice. The room smelled like old musty water. The toilet had hair on it and the bathroom floor hadn’t been swept as there was an old dead spider behind the bathroom door. The room door had a large gap under it to see outside and the side of the door as well causing a light in the room from around the door. The fridge and microwave was clean but I didn’t need to use them.
