I stayed here multiple times. It is one of my top choice in Kinston. Nice place and friendly staffs. Parking is free ad many places to eat nearby

Nothing Everything customer service was horrible including front desk and manager. People were fighting next to my room so I call front desk and police involve and when my next door neighbor ask they were not bothering she told them my room number.

My only complaint was the luggage carts that they provide. They are useless! They are extremely small and when I loaded it and started to bring it to the front door, the few things on it fell off! The luggage carts need to be larger like the ones they provide at other hotel chains. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfy.

Clean and comfortable. We stayed overnight. They offer a lot of choices breakfast. When we walked in we had to wait for a clerk to step out. He lacked enthusiasm.

It sounded like mechanical engineering noise I was on the first floor this continues through out the night

The only issue was the water pressure was very low.

I booked a standard room with a king sized bed for my wife and myself. At the last minute our daughter came with us. I asked the hotel attendant during check-in if he could change my room to a room with two queen beds instead. He indeed changed our room to a double queen room and even let us check-in early.

Property was in good condition the place was clean friendly staff we were only here for the night and had no issues

My room could have been cleaner, the hallway was incredibly warm compared to other areas, the frobt desk staff wasn’t helpful with the noise from other guest.
