Baymont by Wyndham Seattle/Kirkland WA

The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was more varied than at other hotels nearby. One Chinese staff member was especially warm and welcoming every day, and housekeeping was prompt. The only drawback was that the windows offered little privacy, so most guests kept their curtains closed.

The breakfast room looked hungry and dirty, everything in this hotel is way past its’ prime.

First time stay at this hotel, was easy to get to, useful for my needs, GREAT breakfast and quiet room. Did have trouble with getting the room cool enough, but seems to be the same as others Will definitely stay there again soon

Good value for the price.

The name seems a bit misleading since I didn't see any "suites" in list of room types. The area must be very pricey because you paid as if you were getting a nice hotel room (like a Marriott or Hilton) and got more of a concrete older budget motel.

I didn’t feel safe on the property at all.

A bit outdated yet clean. Staff were friendly. We went to concert so did not spend to much time at the hotel. Breakfast was better than expected. The eggs were tasty

Horrible! Walked into my room and left immediately. No refund, no help from front desk. Dirty rooms, rat traps everywhere on the property. Disappointed in Expedia for not helping with resolving the issue. No credit back. Terrible front desk. No AC. Looks like a cheap motel you go to with street workers. Terrible. Save yourself money and go elsewhere.

Our stay was good, but bathroom was kinda small.

Everyone was really nice but several room features need updating including the carpet.

This was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. I could run my hand over it and feel lumps and coils over the entire thing. Really a bummer. The only reason to stay at a roadside motel is to sleep- this bed was truly obnoxious.

The hotel is in a great location close to the lake. The room was clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff made checking in and out very easy and simple. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast each morning and the staff did a great job of keeping everything stocked and fresh.

The carpets are little out dated , otherwise everything else was wonderful.

Not flashy but had everything I needed and the staff and management are wonderful.

We always stay here when visiting family in Kirkland.
