Very nice stay
-
It was disgusting!!!! I took it down to the front office and asked to speak to the manager who of course was not there.. I was very concerned about all the rest of our belongings in the room after that.. were the ants in any of the other food????
-
It was clean and welcoming There was nothing wrong
-
And also I didnt like the fact that at breakfast they give pork sausage only and fried eggs. I would love if they also give boiled eggs and chicken or beef sausage for those who dont eat pork

Dirty and smells

The room was clean. Complimentary breakfast was terrific. BUT the rooms have very little if any soundproofing. Was noisy until after 2 AM.
-
□Good breakfast selection □Room was overpriced for what I got, very small. □Road traffic noise
-
Comfortable beds, clean, pool hot tub, cold water I. Lobby Pool and spa closes way way too early. Parking was an issue.
-
Hot breakfast provided. Bed was very comfortable; medium soft. No elevator! I wasn't aware of this and therefore didn't request ground-level room. They were sold out when I arrived.
-
I stayed for 3 nights. We never saw a maid. Requested maid service at the front desk but no one cleaned room or replenished towels. I've never experienced that ever in a hotel. Never seen a maid in the hallways at all. The hot tub does not work.

great breakfast! nothing ... it was perfect

Everything

It’s a 2 star property. They don’t even clean the rooms daily unless you request. Ac was not working properly.

The first room they gave us was downstairs with no elevator access, which meant carrying heavy luggage up and down the stairs—something this retired couple would not want to repeat. On the positive side, Expedia was very helpful and quickly found us another hotel for the three nights Quality Inn could not accommodate us. We are grateful for their assistance. When we returned to Quality Inn, they were able to provide us with a ground-floor room for the final two nights of our trip, which made things much easier. In the end, our stay was a mix of disappointments and lessons learned. We will not be making the same mistake again at the “Quality” Inn.

This is a good all-around hotel. Nothing spectacular, but clean with comfy beds.
-
A fine place to spend a night when on the road.
-
The guy at the desk was very sweet! A lot of sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot

I liked that the room was clean and that the heat/ac worked. The facility was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good as it offered a good variety of stuff. It included eggs, sausage, waffles, coffee, cereal, fresh fruit. Overall would recommend.
