The room came with all the needed amenities. refer, coffee maker ect. Location, I was there for a medical appt at Evergreen Health.

Customer service was poor. Front staff was dismissive and I had just had total dental implant surgery the morning I checked in. I will not reserve again Won’t bother

Location was good. Staff friendly and helpfull. Clean Air conditioner was too loud and started making weird noises

Really appreciated the hotel reception person and the bistro/bar people working on the night we arrived. They were extremely kind and did their jobs well.

This is a beautiful property. Well maintained and the staff were helpful and friendly. The in house cafe had good choices for breakfast.

Room was very comfortable,,wish there had been access to snacks or meals or bar on weekend aft and dinner hours- even vending machines.

Staff was helpful. Very clean rooms and common rooms. The location was further from downtown Kirkland than I would have liked. Not ideal unless you have rental car. Also no good transport from airport except Taxi Uber or Lyft.

A big thumbs up to Andrew for resolving our concerns during our late check-in. Room was clean. There were never enough towels in the gym. Most days there were no towels. No sanitizer. No wipes to clean the equipment after working out. Very nice gym, equipment/lighting/space. But disappointed with the unsanitary condition.
