Comfort Inn Kissimmee-Lake Buena Vista South

Recomendada todo muy bien

Everything was good the room was clean,

Location First of all we waited to be greeted. We were told our room was ready when we got to room had trouble with key getting into room our room smelled awful and carpet was wet had to go out and buy fabreeze to remove smell our pillows and bed covers smelled like cat urine bad worst stay ever

We had a jacuzzi tub in the room which was the best part of it. We came for a staycation since we are local and honestly would have preferred to stay home. They have signs in the buffet that you can’t bring food to your room and when we walked in the room reaked of mildew. Honestly for a short cheap stay it was just ok.

Hotel could have been a little more clean & the rooms could definitely use to be upgraded but overall for the price & location it was a great stay staff where helpful & friendly! Would definitely stay there again when I’m in that area !

the Ladies staff are professional and good but the male, the said is the manager is ruth and mean, told me that check in is 4pm.

The hotel stay was a horrible experience

This place had roaches, I saw 4 total in our room during our stay. I will never stay there again. Everyone should stay away. When I told the manager, he didnt seem surprised about it.

Location, comfort and price was excellent.

Room was clean and had a microwave and fridge. Due to my daughter's broken ankle we had a ground for room with walk in shower. The inclusive breakfast was well stocked with waffles iron, firuit, eggs, sausage patties, cereal.Toaster bread and bagels coffee and juice. The pool was clean with pool towels Staff were friendly and helpful. For the price,I would recommend it.
