Radisson Hotel Orlando Lake Buena Vista South

This hotel was wonderful! We had a great time! No problems at all! Rooms were clean, pool was clean, staff was helpful and kind. Will stay again!

This place would benefit from renovation. Otherwise it's pretty clean and adequately maintained. Breakfast is OK nothing special. Stayed there as it was conveniently located to our needs during completion.

Carpet needs to be replaced

Tres bien situé sur la us-192 près de old town, bien tenu et possédant plusieurs commodités. Par contre le buffet dejeuner est plutôt ordinaire, l’hotel est vieillissant particulièrement les corridors, la personne à l’entrée qui vend des excursions est plutôt insistante. 7.7/10

Me entregaron el cuarto a las 4:30 de la tarde

Y también fui a buscar café a las 9:45am y no había café ☕️ entre al salón donde es el desayuno 🍳 y los empleados sentados en la parte de atrás hablo y digo permiso y viene una empleada le digo no hay café ☕️ y me dice si ya se acabó porque lo vamos a sacar yo le digo no son las 10:00 todavía y no hizo nada y me fui enojado la categoría de este hotel yo siempre le daba un 10 pero ahora mi categoría es 0 sinceramente y no lo hago esto para hacer daño al hotel si no para que llegue a la gerencia y puedan hacer cambios para que no tengan que irse a quiebra gracias

Wonderful customer service, I enjoyed the pool, that came with a life guard for kids.

This was the worst stay in a hotel in my entire life I would never recommend them ever again I wish I can get my time back my life back my money back from this terrible place not a clue why Expedia would ever recommend them makes me feel like they are both in cahoots. High hidden fees,,,terrible service, no amenities,every thing was trash I will never ever use Expedia again for this

I have been stating at this hotel for years- its my favorite place to stay. Now its been taken over by Radisson and I have never had such a negative time here- dirty towels and sheets in the hallways-smelly elevators- just not the same as it used to be , im disappointed

Kept closing the pool hot water didn't work right

Great place to get away. Definitely worth the price.
