Door didn’t lock the slide wasn’t open or the lazy river and the house keeping came in fist thing and woke us up. Before check out time. Never again

This was the worst stay in a hotel in my entire life I would never recommend them ever again I wish I can get my time back my life back my money back from this terrible place not a clue why Expedia would ever recommend them makes me feel like they are both in cahoots. High hidden fees,,,terrible service, no amenities,every thing was trash I will never ever use Expedia again for this

I have been stating at this hotel for years- its my favorite place to stay. Now its been taken over by Radisson and I have never had such a negative time here- dirty towels and sheets in the hallways-smelly elevators- just not the same as it used to be , im disappointed

Yo siempre me he quedado hay desde que era Red Lion pero ha cambiado mucho y ya no es lo mismo fui este fin de semana y siempre me daban un recibo para desayuno 🍳 gratis y este fin de semana pregunté y dijeron que no daban no más desayuno gratis y te cobran mucho más y también hablé con algunos empleados y dicen que ha cambiado muchísimo y ya ni muchas gentes se hospedan en el hotel y yo lo no te cuando hice el check in antes había muchas gente para hacer el check in y esta vez yo era el único yo vuelvo el 25 de julio nuevamente voy a ver cómo me va si no ya estoy pensando buscar otro hotel cuando vaya nuevamente a Orlando yo viajo desde Jacksonville Florida muchas veces volveré aquí a dar mi opinión espero esto llegue a la gerencia para que no pierdan buenos clientes y no se vayan a la quiebra y cierren el hotel 🙌🙏 mil bendiciones

Clean room/staff/pool very professional

This is a great bargain for the quality of hotel you receive. It is probably worth three times what you are paying. This hotel, on route 192, is just about a five minute drive to the entrance to the Walt Disney World property. I have been staying here whenever I go to Disney, that's been about 5 years now. Even the bargain hotels at Disney are three times more expensive.

Everything was good but the breakfast buffet needs to improve in variety and the carpets needs a deep cleaning other than that it was a very good experience for my first time there.

Good servise

I have to say that I was a bit disappointed with this hotel. We arrived very early and had to pay $25 for early check in which I didn’t mind dine it was 9:00 am and it was sweltering outside. The front desk staff were very friendly & helpful. The location to all attractions was great 15-25 mins to Disney parks, sea world & universal parks. They have 12 tables by the pool and only 2 umbrellas, no floats for the lazy river. We were woken up at 4:00 am by other inebriated guest walking to their rooms yelling, taking loudly. The room was a little dated but clean. The restaurant was a little expensive for the food. We did not enjoy the breakfast. I guess overall I’d give it an 6 out of 10, for the price I guess I can’t really complain, but I will not be staying here again.

Excellent location, quiet and clean rooms, lazy river and pool, convenience store in the lobby and great price. I couldn’t ask for more.
