Little gem in a great location

Very clean updated rooms, I just wish the rooms has microwave

The place was beautifully decorated and kept. Very friendly staff and check in was a breeze. Also, had Minnie and Mickey breakfast with we stayed. Magical experience.

However, the front desk host was not friendly nor pleasant. She treated us like an inconvenience and made us wait for 5 minutes; we were the only people in the lobby.

El desayuno fue muy bueno y variado, especialmente los waffles de Mickey, ¡deliciosos! Todo el personal fue siempre muy amable y atento, tanto en recepción como en el desayuno. Lo único que deben mejorar es el aire acondicionado de la habitación, ya que aunque estaba en 60 °F, no enfriaba lo suficiente. Espero que puedan revisarlo. En general, quedé muy contenta con nuestra estadía y definitivamente volvería.

This was a very fun, clean, and kid-friendly hotel. Everything about it was supportive of family fun.

There's an extra resort fee that is not included or mentioned anywhere else.

The shower was in very poor condition. The handle was extremely difficult to operate and adjust between hot and cold water, to the point that I had to go to the front desk and ask someone to come show me how to use it because I was afraid it might break off in my hand. After that, we discovered that the shower also would not drain. I reported it again before leaving for dinner and specifically asked to be moved to another room because we only had one night and needed to leave at 5:00 a.m. I was assured the problem had been fixed. Unfortunately, when we returned, it had not. My children had to shower while standing in water up to their ankles, which felt very unsanitary and unacceptable. At checkout, I also asked whether the Kids Club fee could be removed since my children never used it, but I was told the staff member could not make that adjustment. I am extremely disappointed. A room advertised to comfortably accommodate four people should at minimum have a properly functioning shower and drain. I paid the full nightly rate but did not receive the full experience promised. I would appreciate a response from management and a fair resolution.

Super comfortable beds, an excellent shower, and gorgeous decor. The team was kind and usually smiling. They seemed really interested in making the visit satisfying. Breakfast was excellent and the staff are so attentive! Thanks to Alejandro and all the staff who made this trip excellent for my grandkids! The pool area and play area are superb and felt like a top end hotel! Super super super!
