The breakfast was good!

It was a nice place , great location, a lot for kids to do under like 7. I didn’t like the microwave is in the end of the hallway .

The breakfast was excellent! The lobby and breakfast room is new and beautiful, the rooms are renovated but needs some details and my room needs more cleaning especially the bathroom I noticed some hairs, but generally was comfortable and good for the price recommended for families with kids. Location is excellent also!

Our room air conditioning was not working. And that makes a stay horrible in Florida. We went to Walmart and purchased fans. We were told that someone would come fix the air conditioner. No one came.

Overall a decent hotel however it could be maintained much better.

I had two very minor issues this trip, which resulted in 4 stars instead of 5 in two categories. The first is that due to thunder and lightning earlier in the day the pool wasn’t open either evening we were there. I know that’s a safety thing but usually they reopen once the storm is over so my kids were pretty bummed after long park days that they weren’t able to relax in the pool. The second was that we asked for extra pillows both nights. I was told that they didn’t have anyone who could bring them until after 10 pm when the night matinee guy got there. The first night we fell asleep before 10. The second night I was told the same, I called at 10:15 as I was instructed to, was told someone would be by in a few minutes, but then no one showed up and we ended up going to sleep at 11:15 extra pillow-less. Not a huge deal and won’t stop us from staying again, we’ll just make sure to bring a few extra pillows from home! Overall I love this hotel, my kids love this hotel, I feel very safe staying there, it’s very clean and well kept, the staff is super friendly, the breakfast is good, it’s close to the parks, and the amenities are great and it’s an awesome and inexpensive spot to stay for a trip to Disney!

It was clean and veryy beautiful . They had more than enough things to keep the kids busy . The water in our bathroom tub was filling up every time someone took a shower .

Very clean rooms. No smell of smoke. We did not use the pool but pool area was very nice. Parking was not a problem.

Room was good, but the floor needs repair, you could not walk barefoot or with socks

The staff was friendly and the service was okay, but the hotel was not what I expected based on the photos. It wasn’t as clean as it appears online, and honestly, it felt more like an old motel with a few cosmetic renovations than a hotel. The breakfast was the same basic breakfast you find at most hotels in Orlando—nothing special or memorable. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible stay, but I don’t think it lived up to the pictures or the expectations they create.

La espera para hacer mi Check In fue más de lo normal de lo que siempre he esperado en una recepción. Sobre las facilidades es un Ok creo q para personas q vengan con niños sería una gran opción, no tanto para parejas solas o personas q buscan un lugar más tranquilo.

Excelente estancia , el personal , las instalaciones y todo me pareció espectacular , lo recomiendo al 100% y más si vas de visita con niños .

Every thing is very good

If you have children it’s an amazing place to stay. They have so much for the kids to do. They have a kids club they had a Minion come to breakfast and dance with the kids and one day they had a bubble party. There is a family movie every night. The breakfast was great you got to make Mickey waffles they had different types every day they had cereal and yogurt. The resort fee was high. If you have kids it’s worth it. If you are basically just sleeping there it’s to high. The pool isn’t very big

Toys where too hot to touch or play ……being Florida heat ……….toy upgrades
