The playground and play area outside was great Mold in the bathroom ceiling, A/C wasn’t good half of the room was hot our son was crying had to change rooms just for the new room to be in use had to go back a 3rd time and get another room. Came back from a long day at Disney just for our room key not to work my family had to wait to go back a 4th time. Breakfast wasn’t as good not much options looks good online but not as good in person. Pool was hot. Rooms are very outdated the covers had stains on them. No microwaves in the rooms either had to go downstairs to use a shared microwave.

Everything!!!!! True hospitality in every aspect! Only complaint was that we had to change rooms after unloading the car but they fixed it by upgrading us!

The place was beautifully decorated and kept. Very friendly staff and check in was a breeze. Also, had Minnie and Mickey breakfast with we stayed. Magical experience.

Everything was fantastic! The staff, the cleanliness, and the breakfast were all top-notch. The only improvement I would suggest is the air conditioning unit. I believe it wasn’t delivering enough cool air to its full potential. Half of the room felt warm, while the other half was decent.

Our stay at the Magic Moment Resort & Kids Club was absolutely fantastic. The front desk team made check-in so easy and welcoming, and the restaurant staff provided wonderful service every morning, especially with the character visits that the kids loved. Housekeeping did an incredible job keeping our room spotless, and a special mention goes to the maintenance staff for their excellent work keeping the pool area so clean and well-maintained during our stay. The amenities at this hotel really stand out. There's a fantastic indoor video game and play area, plus an outdoor playground with a soccer field and ping pong tables that are perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine. The movie night at the pool at seven pm was a real highlight, featuring a giant screen and a great sound system that all of us enjoyed. The location is also incredibly convenient, with numerous restaurants and options for dining right around the corner, as well as several convenience stores for any quick needs. Overall, I highly recommend the Magic Moment Resort & Kids Club as an excellent choice for a memorable family vacation in the Orlando area, especially if you plan on exploring the theme parks.

However, the front desk host was not friendly nor pleasant. She treated us like an inconvenience and made us wait for 5 minutes; we were the only people in the lobby.
